Her experience is actually from a couple years ago. She started watching him/modding for him in 2020. I'm going to guess she caught shrapnel during that BettyLoco saga. The way I understand it, this guy just recently discovered she had a story to tell.

Might be worth noting, and curious to see if it’ll be mentioned in court docs: John has been calling and harassing Dr Steve, the guy who started the Gofundme, because he feels he’s owed that money, and it got to the point that Dr Steve had to change his phone number.

Has been moved to the 02/17/2026. Until then it's just waiting and John (probably) fucking up his case by constantly striking Shuli's channel and proudly proclaiming that he's doing it to silence him (relevant to anti slap) and take away his income.

In a retarded move, John is sending threats to one of Karl's friends/cohosts, who has a signed affidavit as a witness for the lawsuit.
The reason? She does videos on her channel going through the court motions and recently did a stream with John's new crush going over the lawsuit together.

A couple weeks back he also went on his stream and said he would not pay if ordered to if he lost

Yeah Karl's and Shuli's lawyer has only mentioned Susser and not Beneduct in the latest request to dismiss. But John hasn't confirmed it so who knows.
And as always, John is handling this case just like he handles his life. Feels like he thinks he can get away with it if things blow up like in the other "cases" where it didn't even go to court or the lawyer handled everything.
This one could end up really bad for him, but it's John we're talking about, so there's always a chance that he weasels out of consequences and accountability somehow.

Also, the old case number is marked closed, so while the bookmark might work, it's better to change it to the new case number.

Mild Update Filing
Karl and Shuli's lawyer are requesting an in person conference due to suspicion that John's team(s) have abandoned him, as they aren't replying to the defense counsel. In addition they bring up the copy/paste affidavits and even link a clip of one of them stating on John's show that he signed whatever the lawyer sent him, no matter what it said.

I'm no lawyer, but I am a person who works in the general business/corporate office type world. Giving your superiors excuses after excuse is unprofessional as all fuck in my world. Does this work in the legal world as well? Does this guy get away with it because it might be a judge and clerk's office he hasn't had to encounter before?

Keep in mind with the gofundme’s: John harassed the guy who set up the one for Karl and Shuli demanding the money go to him instead, to the point he (Dr Steve) had to change his number. Genuinely curious to see if this will come up in filings, as I believe he also signed an affidavit for the defense
