Hell, even if you stay "loyal" in his eyes, as soon as he gets your details the clock is ticking until his wet brain leaks them by accidentally screen sharing his entire contacts list. It's amazing how many of his supposed friends' emails and phone numbers he's leaked through raw stupidity and technical incompetence.

He absolutely maliciously does it on purpose. It's a power trip for him.

Having been thoroughly told off by opposing council about how everything is stayed until the antiSLAPP motion is resolved, including the request to file a second amended complaint, Tabber is now just writing letters to the judge about how mean it is that the other side isn’t going out of their way to make his job any easier.

I have no interest in the parties but (defense) filings have been going hard and Tabber is rattled.

He still hasn't gotten the courts permission to file a second amended complaint since the motion to dismiss hasn't even been ruled on yet.

Holy crap:

None of that matters since the cross motion for leave to amend it was in response to, is improperly filed as the motion to dismiss that is died well before it has not been ruled on. Let's not even start to talk about actual perjury in the Plaintiff's submissions.

And let's not forget that John has co-counsel, so wtf is he doing, can't he take over while Tabber is on leave?
I rarely dive into lawsuits, but this shit seems crazy to me. Corrections over corrections, double filings, late filings and a lot of personal shit from the Tabber. This can't be normal.

Karl and Shuli are being buried in paperwork in the Dabbleverse LOLsuit.

Six weeks in, it’s apparent the plaintiff’s strategy is to litigate through a "war of attrition." Even if Karl and Shuli's Anti-SLAPP motion (a law designed to stop lawsuits brought primarily to chill the exercise of free speech) is granted by the court, and fees and costs are awarded, the plaintiff could, as many do, file for bankruptcy to avoid paying.

The plaintiff offered to settle the case for $0.00 because what he (allegedly) really wants is, apparently, to silence the defendants and prevent them from speaking about or commenting on the plaintiff--who is a person of public interest.

"We decided we could not cave so easily," state Karl and Shuli, the hosts of Who Are These Podcasts and the Uncle Rico Show, "and there need to be consequences for filing such a frivolous lawsuit."

Oh yeah. He is beyond pissed. Someone matched every donation Sunday night and then some for a total of $7k just from one viewer.
And the stuttering bomb is crying because no one is handing him money without realizing you should have the money for a lolsuit before you initiate it unless some rube attorney will do it for contingency - which they won't.
