I think it’ll be worse for John in the long run if it actually went to court- the amount of videos of John threatening to beat, expose, and rape anyone who slights him (including witnesses who’ve signed affidavits) could get put in front of jury, and he’s already so unlikeable that he brags whenever someone is just friendly with him.

Exactly. She’s one of the signed affidavits and because she makes videos discussing the lawsuit he has doxed her, threatened her job, tried to incite his audience to call her work, and talked about raping her.
He’s more retarded than Maddox and that’s a feat. Speaking of which Maddox liked John’s instagram posts begging for money

Holy shit that reply. Susser might be a shitty stand up comedian but he's a hilarious joker.
More than a full page of him whining about his personal life. No mention of why he didn't reply to the court. Also Cevallos clearly stated why he wants an in person meeting. And to top it all of he posts a screenshot of Lucy's stream.
What the fuck is this guy doing. This can't be real.
This is document 87 in a case where basically nothing has happend yet and Susser straight up continues with the bullshit where Beneduct-out.
 
He’s been posting his gofundme every day and on his streams screaming at anyone to donate him, including Dr Steve and another lawyer woman who he screamed at and threatened last fall.

He turned off rewinds on his stream so as soon as it shows up I’ll try to get it here unless someone beats me: he’s showing pictures of Danny Cevallos’s (the defendants’ lawyer) wife—and calling out where she works and threatening her job. I would be dumbfounded if this isn’t used against him in court rapidly.

I have been listening to WATP and related podcasts for 3 years now and I have never once seen this guy's face until now and it is exactly as I'd expected. Anyway, a key point of this section is that he seems to imply that he expects a lawyer to drop his client and if he doesn't he'll go after that man's wife but never says it explicitly and he is such a drunk piece of shit I doubt anything will happen to him except for pissing off the judge and OH MY FUCKING GOD THAT IS WHAT THE AVA TRANNY LOOKS LIKE WHAT THE FUCK HOW CAN KARL KEEP CALLING THIS FREAK A "SHE" I'm out and I'm deleting my podcast subscriptions
 
Going to be a disappointing week, I think. I have a feeling that Monday we'll find out that the Rochester judge will allow StutJo's lawyer to zoom in (I don't think he'll move the date of the hearing, because it would disrespect his clerk...but, even saying that, I really wouldn't be shocked if he did move it, just a touch surprised). Then on Wednesday, best case scenario is his lawyer doesn't show, so the case gets disposed (not dismissed). I mean anything is possible with the disposal of a case, but most likely scenario is it just gets back burnered for 6 months and then gets quietly dismissed. I mean the judge could (and should) get big mad and start throwing sanctions on John's lawyers, and then anti-SLAPP's John with fees, but that ain't the world we live in. Then again, he did set this "fucking show yourself" hearing unprompted, so I guess even at my most blackpilled, I have to allow for the tiniest chance of a sliver of rainbow. But that chance is so tiny, it might as well be mathematically insignificant.

Is this the guy who was the announcer for the Tonight Show who replaced Ed Hall? If so, then he was the turning point where that show went downhill. Always knew he would turn out to be some loser.

Yeah that’s him. He didn’t last long as announcer and after a series of demotions and paycuts they threw him in the back of the writing room just so Jay Leno can say he never fired anyone.

It was worse than that.

John was so annoying to guests and staff when he was backstage, they eventually made him sit with the studio audience during the taping of the show, and Jay would occasionally use him as an object of ridicule.

That was John’s position and role for the majority of his time at The Tonight Show.
