From that phone call, I don't believe there's any indication that Eli's mom actually has any clue exactly what the power bill is going towards. If Eli is actually using power from the actual household grid to run his grow lights, he's making the most amateur fucking mistake a weed farmer can. There are quite a few things that can put your farm at risk of getting busted, but this is probably the most obvious one. Not surprising though, considering who we're dealing with.

But after all is said and done, I'm amazed that Eli actually made it this far.

Honestly, if this was fake, it'd be some of the most entertaining multimedia fiction I've seen in some time. If there's really someone - or several someones - out there good enough to invent something this crazy, I salute them. I kinda doubt it, though. Trolls usually just aren't this creative.

The timing on this is either going to produce gold or fuck everything up. Eli will most likely be coming home soon and his mom is probably going to check out the cottage even sooner. Jace is on lockdown and last we heard he can only go out to do errands like get the mail. This means there's an even likelier chance that Jace won't be able to clean up shit before Eli's mom shows up (weed, mice, holes in the wall, etc). Tyce is out of town still so Jace and Eli are really going to get the full impact from all of this. I can't tell if that's good or bad because right now they're the only two out of the DN group that are actually producing some interesting stuff.

Introman is already poking Tyce with a stick though so hopefully something comes from that. The issue is Tyce has no desire to create any kind of content we would care about on his own. Tyce can barely type and he doesn't give a fuck about videos unless someone who pays for his shit and gives him weed asks him to insistently. I just hope this doesn't lead to a huge dry spell.

On another note, with Jace on lockdown and Tyce content to remain on twitter for now, Eli coming home is really good.
