Sadly this will get dismissed long before it gets anywhere near an actual court or hearing. Its obvious the Plaintiff has no standing. Although I'm sure the City is adding it to their growing case record of false reports and abuse of government services.
 
The kindest thing for all parties would be to lock the entire Yaniv clan in a rubber room and throw away the key. Maybe they could have a rubber room each, if we‘re feeling fancy and want to flash the cash. But that would cut down on the lols, so fuck ‘kindness‘, I guess.

One of the many splendours of Jon is that, having failed in suits against an easy target (low income immigrant women), he feels equipped to sue the fucking police.
 
The cop should claim he doesn’t have a penis. After all, Yaniv’s original lolsuits against the waxing parlours revolved around him lying about his genitals. Only fair someone else should get to do that.

There is liable to be a claim for costs, but it won't amount to much as yes, assuming even semi-competent counsel this Suit For Justice will be facing a motion to dismiss for lack of standing at the outset and it will be a slam-dunk.

Still, the losses keep coming and an "L" is an "L". Hell, I guess we'll really be getting 3 Ls for the price of one with this this Lolsuit For Justice.
 
This is the one that sinks him. He has a low level Judge that vouches for him n his family to RCMP, Crown, and other Judges constantly over the past 10 years and has kept him out of trouble. There's nothing that Judge can do about this one, way over his head, and wrong in every procedural way, and against RCMP with ongoing open crimes. That's actually a crime in BC, to use a civil matter to influence a criminal matter. It's also against officer's with immaculate records, with proof he attempted to doxx at least one officer's family. Obviously this will get thrown out, but he could finally face serious criminal charges with this. The Judges at "BC Supreme Court" have much more pull than his family friend. BC Law Society may file a civil suit against him too, as it appears he is impersonating a lawyer.

I'm not sure it even requires a motion to dismiss be filed by the defendant. The court itself will likely kill it on administrative grounds for being a completely defective filing. He can't file on behalf of someone else with himself as the plaintiff., seeking damages. Does anyone honestly think Johnny has full Power of Attorney iver these two old hags? The Baba Yaga does not surrender such things willingly. The surest sign Johnny has POA is Miriam will be broke and on the street.
 
Are Miriam and the aunt aware of this filing? Because if so, as others have said, this is definitely a case of mental illness not just running, but galloping in that family. If I ever were to make the same type of allegations on behalf of an elderly member of my family, I'd be ostracized and put to absolute shame and for good reason. I'd only be redeemable after serious therapy, if even that. So much about Yaniv has failed to truly shock me, including the stink ditch, but this... this is a whole 'nother level of crazy. Has he been experimenting with DMT lately by chance? lol

Maybe? Probably? However, the one thing they're not is named as plaintiffs of a tort action. I suspect that will be the immediate undoing of this claim at the first hearing. Lardass is the only named plaintiff, and the case details alleged torts against third parties and asks for some form of relief or reward. I don't believe that's permissible in Canada. There is a process for a legal guardian to do so in place of a minor or an otherwise incapable party - but every example of those claims I've seen have always listed the "minor or otherwise incapable party" as either the plaintiff or defendant "ad-litem" of the legal guardian.

Perhaps Meomix will get their legal expert to weigh in - but that's always a balancing act between giving a critical legal opinion and giving tubby a roadmap to being successful.
 
If he was filing as their attorney the suit would be in their names, not his.

Besides, you can’t be granted POA unless you are of sound mind.
