I looked for info on Ilana (after seeing an LR tweet about Ilana trying to sue ToL). In August 2020 she claimed she didn't work due to disabilities and Covid. Claims to receive $1,200 income assistance per month (of which $700 goes to rent and the remainder goes on food costs and has only $100 in the bank.

What fecking loss and what future loss of earnings? Does no one in the courts take the time to check these claims with bank accounts/employment details etc?

That family is determined to get $35000 out of someone, anyone. It's almost like there's an in-house competition to see who gets that elusive $35000 first. No idea if the claim is still ongoing or she's done a yaniv and withdrawn. <shrugs>
