A 30 year old man, not even having a basic understanding of the difference, is alarming. I dont see this ending well for him.
He'll be relatively alright. He's so stupid he clearly hasn't gotten the super special how-to-not-get-shot-by-cops training the blacks are always going on about, and yet, he still hasn't given them an excuse to really beat him up yet.

Blacks should watch Reckless Ben as mandatory life education.

Nature Documentary-style Survival Guide powiedział(a):
Here we present to you, a reckless white man. The cops don't like him. They really really don't like him. Some might even say, they're cultishly against him.

Now observe as he aggregates them, and yet, they cannot kill him. How does he achieve this result?

He is a reckless. That much is clear from how he won't shut up. But, he does not fight back. He does not make sudden movements. He brings with him real court documents, not forged $20 bills.

He could get a bad ending, but it's a pretty good bad ending considering all the fatigue associated with high profile stories nowadays.

Coffeezilla just posted a few clarifications and some spreadsheets to his patreon as well as a photo dump. The man needs to make a living otherwise I would just download them and post them here. There are some interesting text messages and he partially addresses the ever changing stories of everyone involved.

Also he needs to cover the costs of the Logan Paul lawsuit right?

Is this particular hearing everyone is freaking out about due to lawyerlessness not the bullshit trespass and "cease" to trespass charges that are easily disproved by bodycam footage?

Ostatnio edytowane:
[THIS COMMENT WAS ABOUT FLYING A DRONE BEFORE BEING EDITED]
He's being charged in Utah with DISORDERLY CONDUCT and CRIMINAL TRESPASS AFTER NOTICE, both of which are misdemeanors.

Has Ben himself said anything about this being related to a drone? Because, technically, it could be for flying a drone after being told to stop, since it does say "...or caused an unmanned aircraft to unlawfully enter or remain over property..." But there's an "or". So, it's either the normal physical trespass or the drone thing. Either or. The prosecutor probably just copy-pasted the state statutes, which is why it says "unmanned aircraft".

Ben is going to be fine without a lawyer. You should note all the [f-slurs] crying about this in the thread. Discard all their future opinions. They are dumb and cucked.

I watched the videos and I've come to the conclusion that his is a mormon cult thing, and the entire local authority is in on it, so unless they get the feds involved, they're never going to see the end of this short of ending it themselves.

Forget it, Jake; it's Chinatown.

Anyone talking about it on their podcasts and streams would get a phone call from an unknown number and be told, "You will be deleting all your streams where you talk about BAM and Legos being stolen and never speak of this again, or your entire family is going to be killed. Tell us who you want us to kill first, we are not playing."
Ammon is reading this over and over, sploodging all over his magical underpants while fantasizing about actually having power like this. That's how he keeps his little villain mustache so prim and evil. With hate fuled spite jizz.

The Mormons are a japanese bee hive proteceting against a hornet.
I like this little analogy, and i get that the Mormons think they're the bees, but they're really the wasp and the lego autists and wider Internet are the bees.

All he had to do was have the process server (a real one, not a girl that seems to have actually been his friend given she was in his vids getting arrested and at the bowling alley with him)
That's not the same girl. It's a different gothy/alternative chick he was doing stuff in Oregon with. She wore the spy camera glasses when they found the store had closed early, around an hour and sixteen minutes into the first video.

As for the Utah process server girl being at the house when it got swatted, it's already been pointed out that she was probably just hanging out and trying to hook up with one of them. Especially after the cops treated them like crap, she's going to want to talk about it with the group. Who else is going to belive or relate to that? Look at the state of Utah and tell me Ben and his friends aren't the best options around.

Why can't AI produce proper lego bricks? All the studs are fucked up and on surfaces they're not supposed to be and it's pissing me off.
AI is just a copy-n-pasting plagiarism machine. It has no concept of the abstract idea of what a LEGO brick is, and therefore just mixes together random slop. AI ironically is not actually intelligent, it's just averaging images together to make something different. The only reason it looks close is because the images it uses for averaging are already labelled accurately by google search or in a a white list of labelled images in the "model" the AI uses. AI is can be bad because it trains people to be lazy, but it's also the biggest vaporwear product yet. The Indians have really outdone themselves. Some of the parodies it makes are okay, I guess.

Even if that's true, It's immaterial to the point at the end of the day. There was no reason for Ben to be sitting in a car with her for hours other than to bait Josh and the police and farm content, among all the other things he did. All he had to do was get her to drop them off. The same way he had sent a mormon to try to talk to him. They should have sent her in the first place instead of some religion stunt they knew wouldn't work. I'm not trying to 'defend' BAM or the police, who fell for the bait and acted extremely unethically, I'm saying that Ben is not acting in good faith nor he is a reliable narrator.

Did you just now figure out he's a shitstirrer who makes Youtube videos? Everyone who acted in "good faith" got told to fuck off and never come back. Part of the reason this is getting so much attention is because some jackass had to bypass the system to actually get a response. Doing things the wrong way got a public response from the police, from corporate, from the local franchises, and other people to pay enough attention to do it the way you'd prefer.

I'm shocked so many people fail to get this simple point. The whole thing is two retards fighting each other. Then people come into this thread, point at one of the retards and says "Don't you know that guy is retarded?"

Ben's just being a nigger to a very corrupt system. No one said he's smart. People just said it's fun to watch.

Attention does not equal victory. If his stunts are used in the civil suit are used against him, Brian, and the previous franchise owners, and he loses, then it was all counterproductive and he would have actively made their situation worse. I guess that's fine if you don't care who wins and are just in it for entertainment but I would actually prefer BAM and the police to lose. In my opinion he could still have made decent content without lying and doing illegal shit.

This is a lolcow gossip forum. Pointing at people and calling them retarded is the point of this entire site.

So what was the situation prior to the stunts? It was a franchise owner taunting over the phone "We're keeping your money, shitlips, sue us and we'll drown you in legal fees." Now instead whole company is crumbling into the ground. That's a pyrrhic victory for legocorp if I've ever seen one.

Thank you for our daily dose of ad baculum.

I did find it odd how Ben constantly switched between calling the collection 100k and 200k in his first video. I think he was aware of the actual value of the collection, and just forgot if he was going with the promotional value or the actual estimated value. Or he learned halfway through and mixed them up then. In the end it doesn't matter much if the company stole part of 100k instead of part of 200k.

I personally took it as him saying that BAM stole Mansell's $200k LEGO collection, of which (after consignment) he was owed around $100k. But it could be that he learned the "actual" value during filming.

Is Ben still looking for a lawyer? I think I found him one at a reasonable price.

Ben is seemingly not as reckless as we thought. According to Ethan Klein he does in fact have legal representation (clip in the very beginning):

In other news, orange Kiwifarmers have looked up Brandon’s UHAUL reservation and have confirmed that Brandon lied about how long he had it for. Reddit jannies say it’s been confirmed as legit.

Can you guys please upvote this so it can get to the right people?

In coffees video they skipped over the haul thing because Brandon best showed "proof" that is not factual.

I looked up the actual uhaul reservation.

  1. Uhaul was picked up at 10:17am on Nov 14
  2. Uhaul was returned at 6:12am on Nov 15
  3. He drove 160 miles per the reservation. A.Uhaul to BAM in Salem is 71miles B.BAM in salem to BAM in Eugene is 70 miles C.Bam in Eugene to Uhaul is 4miles D. Total 145miles.
