The thumbnail is misleading, but I think it's because they guy making the video isn't sure if the guy who made the claim is just jumping on the popularity and using it to promote his business.

One of the things that's been annoying me for basically forever about media censorship is that the legal system acts like the content creator is the party being violated when, in reality, the violation is against the public. This was the whole basis for the protestant reform. The primary problem with the Catholic church wasn't that it was targeting dissidents and suppressing their speech, it was that they were taking direct action against people who read the speech. I'm more so thinking that the anti-slapp in Utah was more concerning BAM's legal team. Based upon if they lost suit that's 1.2 million owed to Ben and 15 others (Legal Fees) and then a counter suit. Which could be applied on intentional infliction of emotional distress by Bryan Mansell himself.
