Reckless Ben (Youtuber: Ben Schneider) vs Bricks and Minifigs and CEO Ammon McNeff - $200k in stolen LEGO - SWATTING by Mormon Police - Mexico arrest Avoidance - Major Lawsuits (Civil RICO)

So the Gormans stole ~48k or ~31k depending on if you count their cut, and then BAM tried to keep the remaining 20k? That's case closed right?
If that's the case I still think we are missing details because BAM corporate was acting way too retarded for what could be played off as them inheriting the sets as an administrative error due to the Gormans' shadyness, mismanagement of the store, and poor record keeping. BAM got an out (still scummy, but better than what they been doing) and the Gormans are likely to be most legally liable for the Legos anyway due to the contract.

But instead everyone acts fucking retarded and Ben accidentally uncovers some real small town corruption in Utah because nobody in this story has thought at any moment to talk with a lawyer.

>degeneracy all around
>tiny insular religious minority involved in all sorts of shady shit
>don't even try to hide it and their corruption

It really is the 20's all over again.

After watching Coffeezilla's video, my take is that Chrystal simply forgot to update the inventory spreadsheet for quite a while. Still, B&M are acting incredibly scummy.

The thing I don't quite get is how can BAM legally embezzle GoFundMe money? I understand if it's inevitably going to get used up by Ben to pay for damages and BAMs lawyers (that's how civil rico works, apparently) once he loses the lolsuit, but that would still be his decision to spend. Yet everyone says BAM are gonna "win" the GoFundMe. Wtf is this shit, are we in a viking court or something: winner takes loser's money, boats and women?

They gotta burn.

So I wonder if its something to do with the site & not an intentional move towards Ben? Would be curious if its happened to other creators as well.
I interoperate this problems as deliberate. If it was a glitch YouTube should have offered to replace the video on the post with a newly uploaded video, so all the likes and comments would be preserved, and then get their Poojeets off their asses to fix the glitch. They have not done this and just say it's impossible to fix in a way that would satisfy the video maker. This is malicious compliance. They have created this negligent scenario with these glitches so that people loose their watch time and reputation on their videos. This is a form of soft power being abused to hurt video makers.

"I don't want the business to go, "Bryan has been refunded by the Internet now we don't have to pay him"". --Reckless Ben 2026

Reckless Ben on The Civil Rights Lawyer clip "Bryan has been refunded by the Internet":

I like the way Ben is thinking. BAM would definitely try to weasel out of it if the Internet made the Marsells whole.

After watching Coffeezilla's video, my take is that Chrystal simply forgot to update the inventory spreadsheet for quite a while. Still, B&M are acting incredibly scummy.
That contradicts the security camera footage from the hostile take over where Chrystal Law specifically tries to tell he Brandon Best about the need to continue fulfilling the contract with the Marsells.

0:24 "He has not been paid his percentage yet." Meaning, she had the intent to pay him his percentage, so she was keeping accurate records of what the Marsells were owed.

If it were only an issue of having a few sets not accounted for in inventory and still needed to be paid out to the Marsells that wouldn't mean that the whole contract would be ignored and invalidated. The contract cloud have still been honored if even if a few sets were missing and not having the split paid out the the Marsells. That would only mean that the inventory would have to be recounted and the missing items not paid out the Marsells have their amount calculated for and then paid. That did not happen. Coffeezilla is a retard.

Chrystal says she only has charges from when she was 19yo (and pregnant), that's a lie, she also had another theft charge when she was ~30yo. Also says she was "manipulated by local police departments" then says "I own what I have done. I own the mistakes that I have made."

The uhaul thing seems stupid. It looks like you could pretty much clear out the whole store's inventory with a Honda Civic. I doubt the uhaul had anything to do with the situation.

Looks like it's pretty much confirmed that both sides are thieves unless Coffeezilla really fucked something up.

There's ~20K worth in the store at seizure time. Mansell sold ~15k himself. Mansell was only paid ~17k, with ~7k for the Gorman's cut. The collection was worth ~107k.

So the Gormans stole ~48k or ~31k depending on if you count their cut, and then BAM tried to keep the remaining 20k? That's case closed right?

Ok glad I'm not the only one who thinks a lot of this bullshit is because of Chrystal.

I'm not saying BAM isn't shady, but
Crystal didn’t do herself any favors.

1. Chrystal over valued the collection.

2. The hostile take over was because she couldn't pay her lease and franchise fees in the way BAM corporate told her to. Ok I can believe that maybe.

3. She admits to shit bookkeeping.

4. She says a lot of Mansel's collection was on layaway.

5. Admits the last few months she didnt bother checking or updating the layaway sales. Which the way she explained how they handled it was suspect as fuck.

6. Dimes out her faggot husband, saying he never say the spreadsheet while he was trying to defend her.

7. Lies about being arrested only once.

8. Back to my first point of overvaluing the collection, at end Coffeezilla's video it said
The Gormans are suing BAM because Bryan's collection is valued at 250k? This was debunked by them in video... so what the fuck?

My theory
Chrystal said her husband was trying to leave the country after Trump was re-elected. I have a feeling that the whole family was just going to leave the country. I think they were going to rob the store and disappear. But unfortunately hostile take over prevented them from being able to do so.

I just realised this CEO is named Ammon. I thought he was named Aaron (thanks Rekieta you fag). Who names their child that? Why not name a kid Lucifer, or Satan? How about Sodom, or Moab?

Ezekiel 25: 1-7

1The word of the LORD came to me: 2Mortal, set your face toward the Ammonites and prophesy against them. 3Say to the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD: Thus says the Lord GOD, Because you said, “Aha!” over my sanctuary when it was profaned, and over the land of Israel when it was made desolate, and over the house of Judah when it went into exile; 4therefore I am handing you over to the people of the east for a possession. They shall set their encampments among you and pitch their tents in your midst; they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk. 5I will make Rabbah a pasture for camels and Ammon a fold for flocks. Then you shall know that I am the LORD. 6For thus says the Lord GOD: Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet and rejoiced with all the malice within you against the land of Israel, 7therefore I have stretched out my hand against you, and will hand you over as plunder to the nations. I will cut you off from the peoples and will make you perish out of the countries; I will destroy you. Then you shall know that I am the LORD.

Jeremiah 49:1-6
In the book of Jeremiah, the prophecy against Ammon begins with a rhetorical question: "Does Israel have no sons? Is he without an heir? Why then has Milcom taken possession of Gad, and why do his people live in its cities?" (Jeremiah 49:1). This passage highlights the Ammonites' encroachment on Israelite territory, specifically the land of Gad. The prophecy foretells that the days are coming when the Lord will sound the battle cry against Rabbah of the Ammonites, leading to its desolation. The text promises that Israel will repossess its inheritance. The prophecy concludes with a note of hope, stating, "But afterward I will restore the captivity of the Ammonites," declares the LORD (Jeremiah 49:6).
The Ammonites were known for extreme cruelty and theft. They literally worship Moloch, they sacrifice children by incinerating them to appease their god.
I guess stealing from old people is better than sacrificing babies, but what the fuck? Name your child something normal?
Personally, I find the previous store owner's idiotic ANTIFA TDS to be unfortunate but irrelevant. This "Ammon" named guy is way worse. I welcome all the puzzles and hats, I just can't overlook this ridiculousness.

Okay well we definitely know what section of Abrahamic faiths Mormons fall under now and it isn’t Christianity.

-Insular, greedy society
-Subverts other cultures’ governments by skin-walking as similar to native populations only to infiltrate and pervert the society from within
-uses lawfare and extreme bad faith to justify horrible acts against innocent people
-refuses to take responsibility for the worst parts of their dogmatically retarded group
-the more they try the deeper they dig their grave.

I just realised this CEO is named Ammon. I thought he was named Aaron (thanks Rekieta you fag). Who names their child that? Why not name a kid Lucifer, or Satan? How about Sodom, or Moab?
The LDS was founded by Free Masons who were all very proud of being Free Masons, so all the Egyptian stuff that other cults keep private the LDS lets hang out.

Sorry Jehovah's Witnesses, and Unitarians disagree it's echumenical too.
Jehovas witnesses aren't Christian either. Christians had a council a very long time ago to define who is a Christian and who isn't. Most denominations still hold to that definition, but if you don't think Jesus is God you're not Christian.

This not the first time a dude named Ammon has stolen Legos in Oregon.
Police track down more than $200,000 in stolen Lego
Ammon Henrikson, the 47-year-old owner of a store called Brick Builders in Eugene, allegedly knowingly bought new, unopened sets of Lego that had been stolen from other stores, the Springfield Police Department said.

Suspects would steal the sets, then bring them straight to Brick Builders in exchange for cash, police said. Brick Builders staff would buy the stolen sets "most often at a fraction of their actual retail value."
What the fuck is up Mormons and running shady lego stores?

Chrystal comes across as an idiot, and possibly even a malicious one, but the U-haul story just sounds like completely bullshit. If Ammon had volunteered the information up front when Coffee first mentioned it, maybe I would believe it. But he only comes out with it when Coffee has evidence that a U-Haul was there that night.

And the video of the take-over is still the same, at BEST BAM is extremely incompetent. Maybe the Gormons did something shady with the legos or were just idiots about it, and instead of trying to sort it out, BAM decided to just sweep it under the rug and pocket the difference. And if you are doing a hostile takeover and are afraid of the old franchisees stealing, why wouldn’t you be as meticulous as possible? Especially when Coffee was able to show that BAM did indeed have access to the spreadsheet. “I have no idea” is no longer a defense when you are running a company. It makes BAM look incompetent at best.

Admit it, you guys are slightly jealous of the rank closing capacity of the mormons
If the Mormons were really powerful everyone with a grievance against BAM would already be dead. Hiding in Mexico can not protect you. All the evidence online that makes BAM look bad would be deleted. There would be no negotiation. No asking nicely. The servers would be stolen and destroyed. No questions asked. Anyone talking about it on their podcasts and streams would get a phone call from an unknown number and be told, "You will be deleting all your streams where you talk about BAM and Legos being stolen and never speak of this again, or your entire family is going to be killed. Tell us who you want us to kill first, we are not playing." If the streamers didn't comply their family would be killed. Shot dead. No investigation. No evidence. That is what real power looks like.

The Mormons do not have real power. Utah is a 3rd world country where the police are not trustworthy and do not do their jobs. Just because it's a "United State" doesn't mean anything. It is no different than Brazil where the cops say "You can pay 100 dollars now or 300 dollars in court to make this ticket go away". The Mormons in Utah are brainwashed. They don't care about the actual facts and rights. All they understand is Made Men in their church are being inconiveneced, so the whole world must bend to support and defend them. The Mormons are a japanese bee hive proteceting against a hornet.

Should be interesting now that we have insecticide. Bees are not that scary.

it was a rental car and BAM very much emphasizes that BRANDON came in a one. that doesn't exclude someone else driving up in a uhaul truck.
BAM was specifically asked if it was a rental car or a U-Haul. They were adamant in their response that it was a rental car, and thus acknowledged a substantive difference between the two.

Ostatnio edytowane:
After watching the Coffeezilla video I can safely say from experience the entire business of BAM and the original franchise owners is a complete clusterfuck, but there are some things I noticed.

Mansell's selling of products looks sketchy, but I legit think this is a result of lazy bookkeeping. We already know Chrystal pulled a Dean Corso and overvalued the collection. When she took inventory and took on consignment she went into her database (either software or Excel) and added in everything. Rather than individually specify the types of off-site sets, she just set them all to "Storage" either from laziness or limitations on the picklist values. Mansell is either trying to be greedy and double dip or he legitimately wasn't aware they were on there due to the sheer size of the collection and the shitty bookkeeping. Could be either.

Ammon is either the most incompetent business owner or he is 100% lying about the spreadsheets and not being aware of the data. Every company I've worked for, no matter the size, has always tracked revenue and been serious about it. At his size business they almost certainly have a finance/revenue analyst on call or in house to go over that. I've had to do billing systems auditing for far less than $100k because my employer suddenly wondered why $10-20k was showing missing from all the revenue. This is something that could have been resolved in a day by just doing data dumps, pulling contracts, and just admitting a mistake and making a small payout. His comment about not going through every nook and cranny is bullshit since every CEO will demand their entire data teams do just that for any discrepancy that doesn't jive with their monthly/yearly targets.

I don't know their business financials, but I have seen similar behavior to suggest that their company is not doing well, or is not trending well. Interested to see how long they last at the current rate.

There's something immensely funny seeing all the people badmouthing coffee in the run up to this video because he spergs about le Drumpf and the Epstein list only for everyone to bend the knee the second he drops this kino.
Fickle little faggots, some of ye.
I suppose I should be happy that I have avoided seeing him get drumpfy. Probably a lot of creators I like are in that category and if they can put out good work without spilling their political sphagett within it then that's good enough for me.
