Basically, looks to me like Rana just has to refile under his own name rather then as a John Doe. In theory he can just change the title of the plaintiff at the top and file the exact same complaint. Be curious to see if he does that, or if he makes changes. Be even funnier if he continues to file Pro Se. Normally this sort of thing is just done as a matter of usual procedure, but JP Morgan and Hadjini have the option here to be really fucking petty and ask the court to not discharge the plaintiffs counsel. After all, the plaintiffs counsel signed off on the complaint, and the complaint is at the heart of the counter claims. It would be simply UNJUST for Rana to proceed into this case absent the counsel who zealously advocated the causes of action in dispute.
One can dream. Most likely, Kaiser gets to walk away like in "the smoking gun".

Sadly, the only way he faces accountability is if the New York State Bar opens an investigation. Unless the defense can find some smoking gun that says Kaiser knew his porn story was bullshit when he wrote it.
It's not some anachronism that some lawyers like to stick to. In an Answer you have to either admit or deny the facts as pled in each paragraph of the complaint, and most jurisdictions have it either explicitly in their rules of civil procedure or established in caselaw that facts not expressly denied are deemed admitted. I'm not giving opposing counsel any free facts I don't have to, especially in a case with these allegations. Any decent attorney will (or at least should) have this sort of language somewhere in their answer, either at the beginning before admitting to the facts in each paragraph or at the very end.
The "Wherefore, Petitioner prays that this Court will....", or "and for further such relief as the Court deems just and equitable in the circumstances" are a few more examples of old british flowery shit that the profession keeps around.
The archaism is in reflexively saying "each and every" as though it makes a difference. Grammatically as well as legally, denying each allegation (individually) or every allegation (collectively) that is not specifically admitted amounts to the same thing.
Also because pleadings are now construed to do justice and not strictly construed, the answer has to be considered as a whole to determine whether anything not explicitly denied is still denied by implication, but it's understandable to want to be explicit.
