On April 27th, 2026, a curious case was filed the New York county of New York State Supreme Court. The claims that the financial institution JP Morgan Chase (JPMC) was willfully ignoring if not flat out allowing a superior to sexually harass and even sexually assault an underling. Two days later on April 29th the case became world wide news as The Daily Mail published an article highlighting the horrendous work environment the plaintiff was subjected to. Intrigue was further increased with this case as the plaintiff was listed under the pseudonym JOHN DOE. Questions began to arise as people read the allegations as they were not directed all at JPMC but at a woman, reversing the typical way sexual harassment cases go.
Much scrutiny was given until the next day, April 30th, The New York Post had successfully phonebooked JOHN DOE revealing him to be an Indian man. That same day the plaintiff withdrew his complaint, not because he was heckin doxxxxerino'd but to do "corrections". The newly "corrected" complaint was filed on May 4th. It does not seem that any archives exist of the original filing so this thread will be working off of the "corrected" filing with an explanation of what was "corrected" later. At the time of this writing, May 5th, the case is still active although neither defendant has yet to file any response. Here's the patented Barnhardt Break Down (tm) of the highlights and what you need to know. Full disclaimer: Editorialization will next to impossible because, one, it's me (a low IQ felon) and, two, this whole thing is such an incredible farce that there is no way I (a low IQ felon) can be objective or take this seriously and let's be honest here no one else can and we're all just here to see how far this Pajeet can push things.

CONTEXT OF THE SUIT:
The long and short of it is is that Chirayu Rana alleges that he suffered a year in what's clearly criminal activity and never said anything. Based on the time line he gives in the complaint, he endured near constant sexual harassment, bigotry, racism, and full on rape assault from the defendant and states that JPMC fully condoned this. In 2025 he had enough of being raped because of his race, not hyperbole, and filed internal complaints with JPMC which went nowhere. The big triggering event seems to be on June 5th of 2025 when he "provided written feedback to a subordinate" regarding her fuck up and for some reason included something about race in it.
Whatever it was that he wrote is not fully disclosed. This sent JPMC into an absolute tizzy and after suffering this fool a year of not complying with their rape and racism on June 6th, the very next day so we're clear, they shitcanned him I mean put him on "involuntary administrative leave", clearly to silence him! (that's scare italics)

The three month thing could possibly be something to do with some legal or contractual statute that I'm unaware of and I'm just being an asshole. I'll let you, the reader, decide or I'll stealth edit it later to hide my shame. Only time will tell.
This led to month and months of Chirayu Rana trying internally to get his job back from the racist company and their rape witch. After pushing it off and postponing it as long as they could so they could further keep him from litigating and so they could talk bad behind his back to other banker chads, JPMC finally had mediation sessions on January 13, 2026 and February 20, 2026. Spoilers! It went nowhere. Left with the choice between Lorna's cannons bouncing off his face or eternal poverty and unemployment, Chirayu Rana chose a third option! He filed the complaint that set this all off.
That's the very quick and dirty of a very long document that's ponderous to sit through because it's an honest to God sexual fanfic imagined by Chirayu Rana that makes him a virtuous victim and his victimizer horrifically evil who absolutely LUSTS over his cock. There's still more to get into but I want to establish some things first. It may sound like I'm exaggerating a lot but I promise you I'm not. For example, I've used the word rape a few times already and that might seem like I'm being a little bit of a silly billy shitlord making light of a truly heinous act of violation but it is not an exaggeration to call what he claims happened to him rape. The encounter that gave us the line "I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons" ends with her sucking his dick, him unable to keep an erection, her demanding that he go down on her, and while crying he complies.
This is the level of vileness we're dealing with with Chirayu Rana and that's just this example. This also doesn't include his claims that Lorna drugged him with Rohypnol and some sort of dick pill.
When I talked about bigotry and racism it goes beyond what he accuses Lorna of doing. He indirectly suggests that a fellow JPMC member "has ties to the Ku Klux Klan".

Money. He wants money, and a lot of it. He wants pay for when he wasn't even working. He wants JPMC and Lorna to foot the bill for his extorsion scheme. He wants the jury to punish JPMC and Lorna extra hard for all the “Birthday BJ(s) for the brown boy? my little brown boy." He wants all of this to include interest.
One last thing to mention, Chirayu Rana is a piece of shit outside of these happenings. When things weren't exactly going his way at JPMC, he devised his most jeety plan yet! He told them his dad was dead so he could get bereavement pay so he could prepare this suit while getting paid for it. In September of 2024 he told his superiors at JPMC that his dad was deathly ill and they let this Innsmouth looking mother fucker work remotely until December of 2024 when he told them he needed time off because Papi met the big train in the sky.
He then maxed out all the possible time off he could get, according to NY Post.
What comes right after May? June! And at the very beginning of June he sent some email to some lower female worker detailing how she fucked up while mentioning something about discrimination and the next day he was shitcanned I mean put on "involuntary administrative leave". Oh! Can't forget that Papi Rana is very much alive, well, and completely unaware of his dumbass son's misdeeds.

Chirayu Rana can be safely assumed to not be a good person. There are people that he is not suing who are listed in his complaint that he flat out calls racist in the way only an angry minority upset that they can't hide behind their skin for gibmedats can. Nothing in his complaint makes any sense and is so unbelievably unbelievable that it can just be dismissed without a second thought. He doesn't even name his witnesses like the one who was there at the Patrick Bateman apartment where Lorna allegedly tried to drunkenly rape him into a threesome.
Remember way back at the beginning when I said there were "corrections"? According to Daily Mail, the "corrections" (tbf Daily Mail says it was initially pulled due to "filing errors" however they are assholes and everyone else calls it "corrections" so that's what I'm going with) were additions like accusing Lorna of taking him to an unused apartment that had no cameras so she could loudly rape him, much to the chagrin or cuckening of Witness 2. Whatever reasons Chirayu Rana had for making this complaint, retracting it, and then doubling down and expanding on it are up to speculation.
