Even if she could fit in a dentists chair how would the dentist and assistant maneuver around her to get the dental work done? I think they'd have to work from almost behind her head to reach anything, as wide as she is. Some of the more modern dental chairs are pretty large, but I just don't think AL would fit. They have to make bariatric dental chairs, right? Especially in a state like Kentucky where a good portion of the population are severely obese.

They do. My dentist has one bariatric chair and the rest are normal. It's a lot like this:

The problem in this case is not the chair, but as someone mentioned, not being able to comfortably get to the patient's mouth. And the room with the fatty chair has be bigger, which eats into their profit ratio versus square foot.

I would imagine there are, because damn. Another thing to hate: when your insurance company ups your premium because you added fatass chairs. All sorts of things could go wrong that would be solely related to their weight and not the generic crap that could happen in a routine day.
