Current suspicion is he's in the hospital, not jail. Looking up his name on the Arizona inmate search has no results, male or female. That means he's either out, or being held outside the inmate system (i.e. an involuntary psych hold). Seeing as he hasn't used either facebook accounts, hasn't logged into here or AMB, and according to some members there his phone is going straight to voice-mail... well, it's probably going to be the 21st when we hear any updates.

That would require Tom to be a registered sex offender in the first place. Since Tom isn't showing up on the inmate search it's more then likely he's being held in a psychiatric facility which falls under hippa guidelines.

Sex offender registry is public. Criminal records are public but need to be requested.
