another one bites the dust, I know a lot of them belong in jail but in reality no milk comes from incarcerated lolcows
Tom won't stay in jail. It's a misdemeanor and the maximum sentence is four months. Most likely he'll get some kind of suspended or community sentence.

Yeah, barring him acting up in some fashion (He's smart enough to usually shut up and obey for self-preservation purposes) he'll be out in at most, a week. I don't know, do they have court sessions on the weekends down there? Might even be out by Monday if they do.

Class 2 Misdemeanor to be technical. Plus any other shit they can pile on for the fine. Given his history with the police they'll probably want to set an example this time.

oh, it wasn't like a repeat offense? cool, as long as he stays away from dogs and children Tom is harmless.

"Tresspassing"? What are the odds that Tommy had his own "It's Ma'am!!!!" moment, and had to be forcably removed?

I really fucking hope someone caught it on video. (Tommy being Tommy, I wouldn't be surprised if HE recorded it, and uploads it when he gets out... fingers crossed...)

Part of me is super glad he's finally going to get some just rewards for his toxic behavior, but I feel pretty bad about the jars full of live betta fish in his house. Not to mention the decaying swamp in that hot tub, sitting under the Arizona sun.

The fish, the food, all of it is going to get abysmally wretched very quickly. To think his landlord put in renovation work before he moved in, only for it to become a literal biohazard... feels bad man.

Had the fish been procured? I knew there was a "plan" in the works but I wasn't sure if the fish were actually in the house. I felt bad about it too. Those fish dindu nuffin, though I guess they were doomed the moment Tommie got ahold of them.

If he caused such a fuss they had to drag him out there'd probably be disorderly conduct or resisting/obstruction charges as well, seems more likely he went somewhere that already had a trespass order against him.

He normally has been livestreaming to Facebook. If he recorded it, it would probably have been on there.

He got them, dozens of them (see below) in mason jars. There's also a tank filled with rotting god knows what and algae, which little baby fish are stuck in.

The plan was to transfer the bettas to brandy snifters and sell them for $50 each. How people were supposed to know he was selling them was never explained.

This schizo crackhead fish scheme is way more interesting than the arrest
He bought dozens of pet fish in jars? And thought he could make a profit selling them in snobby glasses?

I'm solidly of the camp that believes he was dumpster diving and the staff caught him.

Yes and yes. He is nothing if not retarded.

While that's not likely, the apartment is going to be extra stinky by the time he's out of custody - possibly stinky enough for the neighbours to complain.
The question is will it stink more with him in it or outside of it, because easily the smelliest thing in that apartment is Tom himself.

Which is animal cruelty. It is a despicable practice to put bettas in things too small for them to live in.

They should have at least five gallon tanks.

Honestly fuck Tom, a man too fucking evil and retarded even to keep a fish.

Or why anyone would pay $50 for a fucking betta fish of all things.

Senile moron.

You can literally buy a betta fish for less than $5. Why anyone would buy from a smelly child molester instead of a store is reasoning that only exists in the head of Tom.

He's probably chimped out in so many places he can't even remember where he's banned from.

Ostatnio edytowane:
Tommys locked up? :story:
Did they keep him on a psych hold? Because normally trespass they'd have just held him overnight, as long as the crazy fucker didnt do something really stupid. Then again its Tommy so...
