This would be the stage of the Phil cycle where he fills in the details of his imaginary maps, right? So is the anxiety he's escaping from that of the approaching deadline he set for himself to show up Kiwi Farms? The deadline that doesn't exist...
 
While I seriously doubt Phil is getting any kind of surgery, I think we're being too optimistic when we say this means an end to the horrifying nude photos. Tucking is a thing, after all, and there are ways to make your scrotum look like labia--albeit to someone who's never seen an actual vagina. I highly suspect Phil will claim a too-short-to-be-real recovery time and then post more photos with his penis tucked, at which point the cycle will be complete and we can all start calling him "Buffalo Phil."

Edit: I just thought of this, but Phil considers us his "deadly" enemies who will go to any lengths to keep him from having this surgery. Hell he lies about being terrified of us stalking him and tracking him down irl. Yet he posts when and where he's gonna be for the next 3 months, when he wouldn't even say where his last pretend surgery was gonna take place for "safety reasons."

I wondered if he was planning to use this as his get-out, i.e. he’s hoping we’ll attack the hospital or something. But I suspect that may be more cunning than Phil is capable of, and the real reason is that he’s making the bad liar’s elementary mistake of thinking that more detail = more convincing.

I always loved that when he was trying to convince us that he wasn't a fat disgusting pig, he was like "KF wants pictures of me naked on a scale, but I won't do it unless they pay!" even though no one had ever said anything about him being naked, just on a scale.

And then he did it anyway, repeatedly, for free.
