has the spudcycle himself say why he doesn't actually ride (or learn to ride) the bike? hobby gear can be pricey and that's not a small amount of cash to blow on something he literally never uses. at least the tattoos and assorted tranny bats are seen/waved around on occasion. the bike not so much.

he demands his bike training specifically come from a transgender. is he somehow afraid that learning by trial and error by himself (and a hill) or at some local club/group will somehow expose him to improper bicycle technique? it's such an off the wall answer to the question.

To clairfy, they're mostly meant for the elderly to allow them to keep up the hobby of biking while maintaing safety. If you look them up online, it's always pictures of women in their 60s and older. Because you fall over on a bike and it hurts a bit. Grandma falls over and shes fucking dead.
So Phil is currently ranking below 95 year old meemaw on the physical fitness scale.

Contrary to popular belief landlords actually like people on ssi/disability because it's a source of income that can't go away due to job loss, injury, or economic downturn so in theory it's guaranteed rent money. As obnoxious as I'm sure Phil's being landlords generally tolerate people like him because they're considered stable tenants.
