Phil? Stable? What planet are you on?!
Phil's actually quite predictable and fairly harmless. I'd be more worried about Slingblade.

Phil? Stable? What planet are you on?!
The excuse is that he specifically wants a tranny to teach him
Stable tenants pay their rent and they pay it on time. Phil has been seen e-begging in excess while going out and buying dumb, frivolous shit and eating out all the damn time. Even if he's got government money coming his way to pay for stuff it won't change the fact he's wasting it on everything except what he needs to be paying for. Landlords don't need pariahs taking up space where actually tenants can pay.As obnoxious as I'm sure Phil's being landlords generally tolerate people like him because they're considered stable tenants.
Looks like ADF got some glasses as well (from crowdfunding I assume)
Not counting the times he's spent in hotels and motels when he was "homeless".Phil's been living in an apartment for like eight or nine months now.
Landlords will tolerate them if they clean up their act. People like Phil, while they might be a steady source of income, drive off other tenants. Landlords sure as shit don't like that in addition to it making them look bad. So while I agree that they do like a guaranteed check in the mail for rent, they'll look for reasons to get rid of people like Phil. They just cost too much in the end.Contrary to popular belief landlords actually like people on ssi/disability because it's a source of income that can't go away due to job loss, injury, or economic downturn so in theory it's guaranteed rent money. As obnoxious as I'm sure Phil's being landlords generally tolerate people like him because they're considered stable tenants.

Why the everloving fuck does he make a motivational drawing for himself? I thought he celebrated the fact that his 'girlcock' was removed.
I bet Phil manages to crash that bike somehow even with it completely stationary. He's just that stupid.
No, it's even more stupid: "TRUST NO BRO."Does his helmet read "Rusty Trombone" on the front?
Okay, so the format of this post is going to be a little bit different because the program I use to archive his Instagram account is currently broken due to Instagram changing something on the backend. Hopefully we can return to business as usual soon enough.
But, that's not what you're here for, is it?
To start things off, he's -desperately- looking for attention at the moment, going to the point that he is actively reassuring himself that he's 'going to be okay' and bringing up the alters more prevalently once more.

And now, onto the main course! He actually used his bike trainer, on video. Six times. Two of which were duplicates, so I haven't included them below. But, to start things off, lets take a good look at his full on bike attire, riding a trainer, inside his apartment.

Take note of that headlamp, it's important.
Oh yes my friends, not only is he wearing his helmet inside, he's got that headlamp turned on, as well as every single light mounted on the bike.

I'm pretty sure the mentally disabled only wear their helmets when they're outside their houses. The helmet is just another element to his LARPing.I also just can't get over him wearing his tard helmet with a headlight while riding a stationary bike inside like some kind of fucking sped.
Phil's obsession with bikes makes me feel a little bad for him. Simply because it reminds me of how autistic and overall really poorly prepared for life he is.
Is he calling Toren cis? Oh boy, he's going to get such a beating.God, I love that he felt the need to put "MOVE CIS GET OUT OF THE WAY" when he's riding a fucking stationary bike inside his house. This whole thing is just like a little kid playing dress up.
