Yeah he was never going to get in
Also does Chris even own a dress/skirt that's not a mini? Fucking guy is pretty proud of those gams.
He does but it makes him look like an omlette

If Chris waltzed in wearing anything like what he was wearing today, then yeah, I can see him getting turned away. The thing is: he's been to this thing before. He can't claim ignorance, only lazyness for not packing something appropriate. Also does Chris even own a dress/skirt that's not a mini? Fucking guy is pretty proud of those gams.

I have a vague recollection of Chris having issues around dress for the Gala last year. I think a lot of other autists who don't own formal clothes get around it with high effort cosplay.

That's hilarious

Also, who's going to bring formal clothes to freaking Bronycon? Sometimes I overestimate the autists who go there, but I'm sure even they understand the value of formal clothing. You can keep them at your hotel room, sure, but once the prom begins you'll be wearing them in the vicinity of unwashed manchildren. Who wants their suits and dresses to be around them?

Does he have a chance of getting in later or tomorrow, or is this just tonight?

That's still pretty north of the knees.

What's funny is, dress pants would be suitable, even some khaki dockers, but Chris going full bubblegum slut with his wardrobe may have painted him into a corner.

Shame too, this monsters ball sounds like the big crescendo to the con. This really would've been his best shot at getting an honest to god dance with a female, it's Tiffany Gowen all over again..

Looks like chris was denied access to the pony prom due to his attire not being fitting, (aka formal dance wear.)

There's an entire section on the CWCki about how Chris doesn't bother to read rules. There's another section about how he doesn't think the rules should apply to him anyhow. So this is apropos.

On another topic, I don't know why everyone is assuming that Chris's description of his confrontation with the male brony is accurate. When these sorts of things happen to Chris he is never, ever able to give an accurate summary. I guarantee it didn't go down the way Chris has described it.

Have you been to Branson, MO?
Do you drive a Mitsubishi, Marv?

These requirements are not a burden. If dress pants and blouses for women and polos and khakis for men are permitted, this is more a "don't come looking like a complete slob" event than it is a formal event. (Granted, Chris doesn't have anything close to what is permitted -- male or female -- in his closet at home but I would think that even the most pathetic cellar dweller can scrounge up an off-brand polo shirt and a pair of Gap khakis.)

The really cringy part is at the bottom, where it says "Full fur suits are allowed but we encourage you to try a partial suit with formal wear." Like, the only thing scarier than a furry is a furry in a tux.

"I Feel Upset! Tears are Welling a Bit. Why?"

This reminds me of how he wrote "WHY????!!!!!" at the top of one of his high school assignments when he failed it. He might as well get this carved on his tombstone.
