It has for sure made the water muddy from all angles trying to find news on the conflict but I try to look into the accounts proclaiming things fake and make a judgement call based on that.

Like in this case the person you're screenshotting there is just some random account spamming crypto advertisements from "south asia" and is not providing any evidence of what he's saying, if it's an old video, link to the posting of the old video etc

Not far from reality though. The only thing they’re launching is shorter ranged ballistic missiles and those Shahed drones. 20-30 a day for the missiles and 20-80 for the drones. Been like that for the past two weeks. The first week of the war they were launching hundreds per day and they were far more capable weapons. So their forces aren’t totally destroyed but severely damaged.

That’s probably why the UAE is getting hit so often. Probably the only thing in range of the units that are still operational.

The tip of the island essentially became a prison for the Japanese where they starved ultimately leaving 70k of their troops surrounded until Japan surrendered. It was such a humiliating defeat that Allied forces would use the town as a live fire-exercise "milk runs" for new pilots gain some experience in combat before being introduced to more difficult battles. Same happened with Truk Lagoon in the Caroline Islands in 1944 during Operation Hailstone. Basically caused the Japanese to cope that we didn't just go into a senseless meat grinder for something that clearly was not worth it.

The reality is that the West has been at war with Islam since the very beginning. It's a religion built off the sword and conquest that was enemies to all those who did not submit to conversion. The entire reason why Christopher Columbus was given funding by Spain to sail across the ocean in 1492 was because almost 40 years prior, the Ottoman Empire had conquered Constantinople and restricted traditional land trade with the rest of Asia thus forcing European nations to seek out alternative sea routes for trade regardless of the risk. Which I guess we could technically thank Islam for finally giving the push for such a risky financial endeavor. Technically (excluding viking voyages in the north), European nations had the capabilities to cross even in the 12th century with maritime technology.
The reason why a new fledgling nation like the US was able to fend off retarded barbaric 'tributes' and actually go to war with Barbary states is because no other nation in Europe wanted to risk any hypothetical prolonged war which may weaken them elsewhere to the advantage of their rivals. That and the barbary states were deliberately kept afloat since it it hindered their commercial competitors. At any given time at the height of their Empires, they could have set aside their differences, come to the agreement to do the deeds of their ancestors by wiping out Islam from Northern Africa and The Levant and allowing trade to flow for all, but instead they were too busy one upping each other while the US did the real game changer of challenging this bullshit and bringing an end to tributary via maritime passage.
