The judge referenced his lawsuits and abuse of the court but he hasn't formally been declared a vexatious litigant.
Cheers for the correction, I assumed the judge had made it official. I guess that means more frivolous lawsuits will be getting filed so it's business as usual for him. As much as I'm here to laugh at the tit I hope some other poor bugger doesn't get shit on by one of his legal temper tantrums.

He can file all he likes, his chances of winning them have however gone down to about 0.5% as every defense lawyer can and will gleefully point to this ruling. Most if not all unless he has ironclad proof of wrongdoing against him will be dismissed before they ever become a case.

Reddit is reacting well.

That's probably the best outcome for everyone who isn't Johnny to be honest, as that means you still get his screeching about what ever his manufactured incident of the minute is, but without real people actually being affected. He really does see himself as untouchable but when you've got the entire legal and social system simping for you it's hard to disagree. I wonder how long it'll be before he starts to get the message? That's assuming the courts keep up this unusual display of common sense and reasoning they've got going on just now.

The judgement absolutely slammed Jonny Yaniv, but referred to him with female pronouns all the way.

Pretty grody isn’t it?

The Farms always wins. The Harvest continues.
John being referred to as female makes the whole judgment funnier to me.
Malicious compliance. People who don't want to acknowledge the boogeytrans incarnate that is Jon can't point to any wrong pronouns as an easy excuse to dismiss the veracity or significance of what's been said. Because to the gender fandom, it's a greater offense to misgender creeps than to be one. (Plenty of them will be upset anyway that previous versions of his name are mentioned, even though it's done in a factual manner referring back to earlier cases.) I think there's a trans-compliant version of MM for this reason.

If the judge wants his opinion to be indisputable he needs to avoid giving an easy way to criticize it. If he kept saying "he" then it would be "oh look at that transphobic judge being mean to this brave trans woman for no reason."

That’s a high bar tbf

It's not necessarily a "high" bar. It's a bar that's fairly low to the ground that any rube can realistically jump over or avoid altogether without interference. The thing is, that bar itself is littered with so many obvious signs saying "do not jump this bar because you will get fucked." That won't stop the Alphabits from jumping over the bar at night when no one's looking though.

Yaniv to date, is the only one stupid enough to cause a huge ruckus by saying "I'm gonna jump this bar!" while getting millions of people to film him spectacularly tripping over himself and exposing his disgusting hatchet "vagina" to the world when his dress falls over itself in broad daylight.

In the entire time that I've been observing Yaniv, the #1 personality trait of his that always does him in is his complete and utter lack of self-awareness. He could've just as easily kept his mouth shut in 2019 during the BCHRT cases, but he blabbed details multiple times and had the gag order lifted as a result. He could've said "My reputation precedes me, but you are the one who is filming me without my consent and I want you to stop" to that reporter from Rebel Media but he decided to escalate it to a full-blown criminal assault case because he can't handle anyone talking to him negatively.

Even other lolcows/Rat Kings who DFE and go on damage control at least have that one iota of self-awareness to say "Yes, I fucked up" before doubling down. The fact of the matter is that even fundamentally shitty human beings know that being an unrepentant menace to society in broad daylight is not something they can comfortably do anymore.

For reference sake here... EatDatPussy445 got catfished and nothing came of it because the catfish fucked up so many times and EDP technically didn't do anything wrong. EDP445 is fucking stupid and a paedophile, but even he managed to avoid damaging legal consequences to his own reputation. Why? Because while he acted like a blubbering moron when he got caught, he didn't escalate the situation.

JY had every opportunity to make things play out in his favour, and he repeatedly demonstrates time and again that he's more interested in escalating shit and trying to win petty shit than he is in saving his own hide.

This might be my unfamiliarity with Canada law speaking, but I did notice something interesting about the decision - namely that the judge seemed to opine on the veracity of Rebel News' claims. Rebel News sought to dismiss Yaniv's complaint under Canada's version of an anti-SLAPP statute. (SLAPP = Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, basically initiating legal action to chill lawful debate and discussion.) In the US at least, the judge wouldn't really be too concerned about whether the underlying claims were true. The question is usually: "is there probable cause to believe that the plaintiff would succeed?" (or "is it likely the defendant's defenses won't succeed?") which is a very different standard than "are the claims actually true?" Typically, judges try to limit their opinion to the most basic reason to justify the decision. This judge seemed to go above and beyond on this one, which indicates to me that Yaniv is really being seen as a pest by the court and this decision was trying to communicate a clear message.

Tranniv escalates because he fantasizes about being a lawlyer and living off of the ill-gotten proceeds of his nuisance suits. He's so stupid that he just can't quite process that the reality doesn't align with the fantasy. "but... but... I'm a lawl student..."

Never. Yaniv, like virtually everyone who is a subject of the Farms, is irreparably broken in whatever area of the brain makes it possible for him to learn from past mistakes.
That’s fair to an extent, but it’s shades of grey. His Twitter acct went from being full on daily milk (well, weekly milk, with a spate of tech reviews coming when he’d gone too far even for him), to nothing but bullshit quotations (interspersed with occasional injections of himself into minor local alphabet issues) to deleted.

When I signed up, Yaniv’s Twitter was genuinely worth a regular browse. That stopped a long time ago. He hasn’t even entered a beauty pageant or proposed a new naked teen swim for… ages.

jon boy has hit the big time. OK maybe not so big, the circulation's only 64255 but that's 64255 households possibly choking on their morning scrambled egg.
What irritates me (and I'll be posting a 'letter to the editor' to this effect) is how the piece goes out of it's way to highlight the points the judge made AGAINST rebel media and downplayed how the judge systematically destroyed Yaniv's credibility by exposing every perverted action the sick fuck did. This article only says 'refused to wax her' not even the fact that he attempted to force married Sikh women to touch another man's genitals to wax his scrotum let alone the rest of his sickfuckery. This is shite.

His Twitter in case you've missed it. I'd like to see if he at least acknowledges your opinion(s) with a reply.

Take heart. If just half a dozen of their circulation take to an online search there's enough full facts to put them straight.

I mean the headline *does* refer to Tranniv as a "trans activist," so we know what side of the fence this "journalist" is sitting on.

There's a pretty vast difference between Tranniv "learning from his mistakes" and "being beaten into submission." Even a captive grizzly bear can be taught through aversion training.

Looking at their archived articles yaniv doesn't come out as some poor persecuted tranny battling for equal rights...he sounds the vindictive, racist, money grabber that he is.

It's always been a peeve of mine seeing him described as an "activist" as he's proved time after time he is only out for himself but if their headline puts the "trans activist" into people's heads after reading about his grooming/grifting/lying behaviour then that could only be a good thing, right? Everybody who knows anything about yaniv knows he's not fighting for anyone's rights, the LGBT community included.
