He trespassed somewhere, got arrested, and most likely got sent to the loony bin.So Tommy is still in jail? Any news on what he did?
Imagine entering Tom’s abandoned apartment. Gravel everywhere, shit all over the floor, rotten food floating in a kiddie pool, jars of dead fish - it sounds like the premise of a paranormal mystery story.Like I said earlier: He's at risk of losing his section 8 shack. Last time I had an apartment the lease said it would be considered abandoned after 2 weeks.

Imagine pulling out the spirit box and hearing his voice accusing you of being on his indian burial ground lmfaoooSounds like a map in Phasmophobia.
Two weeks seems like a long time for a single, simple tresspassing charge.
Is he on some kind of psych hold? Or maybe some old charges/warrants that caught up with him? Did Tommy shiv someone in the chow-line with a toothbrush or molest a C.O or something?
There has to be more going on than just the tresspassing charge. Spending ANY nights locked up, over a single, petty charge like that seems weird. (don't cops usually just bail you, with a future court date, for small shit like that? Even with priors)

All he had to do was agree to take his crazy pills and they would have let him out. Then he could have went home and stop taking them. But Tom is too stupid so he rather be defiant and refuse the pills.2 weeks is normal for an involuntary psych hold. And if he is on an involuntary psych hold Section 8 can't kick him out as easily there are safeties in place to keep housing for the mentally ill. When it extends past a month is when things start to go south with housing, but it still requires the same process of eviction though I'm not sure the eviction rules for section 8 in his state.
The grand opening of Real Things was never going to happen. The rocks were worthless and the garden was doomed from the startThe grand opening of Real Things never happened. All your rocks were probably left out front for people to steal. Your Garden of Earthly Delights is also dead.
Or just agree to a 72 hour hold. If you agree to the hold the cards are in your hands to get out in 72 hours or at most a week unless you exhibit signs of being an actual danger to yourself or others. All he had to do was agree to take his crazy pills and they would have let him out. What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall when Tom visits his doctor and/or therapistIt occurs to me that if he did blame us, the doctors would assume it’s another part of his delusions. “Mr Wasserberg believes his persecutors to include the CIA, the FBI, the ‘Hoffman group,’ ‘another message board’ (he did not specify which) and some sort of conspiracy between the farmers of New Zealand.”
I'm of the opinion that Tom knows deep down that the whole "Hoffman Group" is a joke but it gives him someone to talk to and it "trolls him the way he wants to to be trolled."What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall when Tom visits his doctor and/or therapist
I dunno. Between brain rot from smoking bad weed and eating trash and the mental degradation that goes with age, I can see Tom being easily crazy enough to try that with healthcare professionals. Might save him from prison time, too, since they might all think he’s just a crazy fuck when he tells people about raping kids and molesting dogs.I'm of the opinion that Tom knows deep down that the whole "Hoffman Group" is a joke but it gives him someone to talk to and it "trolls him the way he wants to to be trolled."
The whole CIA deep state conspiracy is the same way. If you point out the obvious flaws in his logic he just gets all mad rather then try to refute them.
You are giving Tom too much credit. If it was just us that he kept having these thoughts of grandeur then maybe but he thinks he is going to be a millionaire within a few weeks by selling fake rocks on street corners. Too many beliefs of grandeur to ever think he is in on the jokeI'm of the opinion that Tom knows deep down that the whole "Hoffman Group" is a joke but it gives him someone to talk to and it "trolls him the way he wants to to be trolled."

No that's straight him in a manic state who's convinced he's gonna somehow corner the woo woo meta stone market for reasons. He believes that shit all day long.he thinks he is going to be a millionaire within a few weeks by selling fake rocks on street corners.
Because he's a retard? Now if he was really super paranoid about the Hoffman Group, CIA, Deep State...ect....ect.... why would he broadcast his plans or make deals with complete strangers online who could possibly be members of the above organizations? Why even have a visible internet presence at all?
