Tommie has previously said that his “male aspect Tom” is violent and dangerous.

He also thinks that telling people this will frighten them in to doing what he wants.

He 100% is extending his stay in the Loonie Bin by telling the responsible staff this, and certainly wondering why they don’t just let him go.

It’s fortunate that his violent and dangerous aspect is trapped inside his feeble and decrepit old body, and if it did manifest, one could easily snap his arms like celery.

That’s the main reason.

It’s not that the tard wranglers think that Tommie poses a threat, it’s more that if he threatens anyone over the age of criminal responsibility, they may face manslaughter charges even just for a gentle shove.
 
Two weeks seems like a long time for a single, simple tresspassing charge.

Is he on some kind of psych hold? Or maybe some old charges/warrants that caught up with him? Did Tommy shiv someone in the chow-line with a toothbrush or molest a C.O or something?

There has to be more going on than just the tresspassing charge. Spending ANY nights locked up, over a single, petty charge like that seems weird. (don't cops usually just bail you, with a future court date, for small shit like that? Even with priors)

The way it usually plays out is that he has to agree to a treatment plan or they will not let him out. It usually doesn't matter how unhinged, vile or dangerous he is. If he agrees to treatment, he gets released. If he resists, he stays there until he stops resisting and gets with the program.
Even seriously messed up people are usually able to game the system and get out quickly. Minimum cooperation is all it takes. Tommy might have finally reached a level where he can't even do that anymore.
 
I don’t know who this Tommy is but he sounds like a homosexual.

We believe it's a psych hold as he's not showing as being in the Pima County custodial system. It's possible but not likely he's somewhere else, but his absence from social media suggests he can't access it.
 
I know nothing about this person but I assume that if he is a Person of Interest on this site, then he has massive self-control issues and will absolutely blame Kiwi Farms for stuff that is 100% his fault.

Maybe Liz "Consent Accident" Fong Jones will grasp at it, but that would imply an absurd degree of desperation, as even the most frenzied troon doesn't want a garbage eating, dogfucking pedo as their representative.

Actually they may be fine with that, but Tom's so blatant with it that they couldn't even attempt to bury it.
 
I bet he went in there smelling like a hog that fucked a durian fruit while blathering about small birds spyingon him. The judge was like, yup, you obviously can't take care of yourself. You need to be in a geriatric psych ward.

I could imagine Fong Jones referencing tommie in the Sabrina incident as an example of a perfectly reasonable and misunderstood consent accident.
