What if ADF completed his time at college and kept his job?

Depends on how long he stayed in school before graduating or (more likely) dropping out. Phil might have just stuck around and become a permanent campus rat. He's... not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so he tends to adopt social trends somewhat late and in weird ways, or come up with one's all on his own (his belief that bicycles = Communist lesbians seems based entirely on the rhyming "Dykes with Bikes" group he found out about, for example, and China from Hetalia). It is quite possible that if he stuck around campuses, he'd be exposed to even more kooky liberal weirdness than he is now, especially given the current environment. He would probably be an even more insufferable SJW but he'd be more current with the youth trends.

On the other hand, he's a contrarian and an asshole, so he might just have decided to go with the "alt right" to shock people. He probably wouldn't be much more welcome there given that he'd probably be pretty overt about hating Jews, blacks, immigrants, etc, probably to the point of getting swastika tattoos and shit or displaying as an actual Nazi, but honestly I think it just boiled down to which "edgy" group he picked up on first. Hell we've seen him flip back and forth on a lot of crap, so Nazi Phil isn't entirely impossible, assuming he lives long enough to make it out of his current SJW phase.

It's an interesting thought. I've often thought he could well have turned out to be a Nazi in a different timeline, due to his yearning for acceptance. He doesn't really have any politics as far as I can see, beyond "gimme."
