If you're lower bodyfat % (i would say under 12ish but that's kind of a guess) then it's very hard because your body has few places to pull energy from to build muscles. However if you're up there in bodyfat % and make sure your deficit isn't enormous then it's very possible.Is it possible to gain muscle on a cut?
