I literally just listed this as one of his [decidedly twisted] reasons for championing lowering age of consent laws; in response he claims there was "nothing true" about my comment, then he comes back and says the exact same thing he'd just said wasn't true.
I don't know what's beyond "out of touch with reality", but whatever it is, he's on his way - if not already there.
It bears pointing out - again - that the irredeemable mental defective has been told numerous times by @Tragi-Chan et al that "age of consent" laws have nothing whatsoever to do with contracts and that, as I told him, legal "emancipation" does not mean that a minor can "consent" to otherwise illegal activity - like engaging in sexual acts with adults - outside of CA's peculiar minor-marriage statute.

Why would a child emancipated from an abusive household need to have sex with an adult? What possible benefit--individual or societal--would result from that?
The child could find other children to have sex with if they really need to have sex (they don't). You want the most vulnerable of children to be preyed on by the worst adults..and you want it legal.
