Could also be his steady diet of McDonalds with Doritos crushed into them. (See, I watched some of his old videos.)
 
I've never seen anything come out of his mouth that he wasn't eating right then. I think it's psychosomatic. He feels like he has to puke when he stresses out and he starts retching and thrashing around and it gets worse the deeper he gets into a freakout.

I also notice that he doesn't puke when he's all potted up. That doesn't mean anything on it's own though since THC suppresses nausea and vomiting.

Incidentally thats also why medical pot is so effective in treating chronic alcoholism.
