The suspect in a fatal library shooting in California on Monday has been identified as 18-year-old Bradley Scott Sayer of Chico, according to officers.

The Chico Police Department said Sayer opened fire in the Butte County Library around 5:12 p.m. on Monday, killing two people and injuring a minor. The injured minor was being treated at hospital Tuesday, and is expected to recover.
Sayer was taken into custody only moments after the first shots were fired. He was booked into the Butte County Jail for two open counts of murder.
An investigation into Monday’s shooting determined that Sayer acted alone and aimed to “commit a Columbine High School massacre type of shooting,” police said. CPD said there was no indication he had any prior relationship or connection to any of the victims in the library.
The FBI confirmed early Tuesday morning that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
“Our thoughts are with the victims and their families,” reads a statement from the agency. “FBI Sacramento will continue to support the Chico Police Department as their investigation continues.”
Library officials sent their condolences to those affected by the shooting in a statement on social media Monday night.
“We are aware of the tragic incident that occurred today at the Chico Branch of the Butte County Library and extend our deepest condolences to everyone affected, including the victims, their loved ones, library staff, and all those impacted by this heartbreaking incident,” the post said.
The library will remained closed Tuesday as the Chico Police Department, the Butte County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation continue to investigate the shooting.
Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact police at 530-897-5820.

>2WBIA mass pinged everyone to report the CSAM post, which worked, and the CSAM got removed.
>The admin team decided it was best to kick everyone out of the group chat and gather evidence that Reisawaffen was responsible for the raid.
>A Russian lolicon was a spy in this group chat, they then procded to take a bunch of out-of-context screenshots to form a false narrative.

I am sure those two are a part of a niche group called C13K. And another subhuman who is a part of C13K is Reisawaffen. C13K is a failtroll COM group that raids Twitter general chats and Discord servers in order to spam CSAM. That Sharty group chat was a victim of one of these raids. C13K appears to target anybody, including these same lolicon groups, as they were also a victim of C13K's raid and CSAM spam.
I actually remember making an in-depth post for this entire incident. There was misinformation and confusion on who exactly was behind the CSAM spam. I remember the lolishos blaming "le antis" and the Sharty for it. Despite the fact that in reality it was C13K who raided Sharty and lolicon group chats with CSAM.

When this all happened, someone on the Sharty made a /raid/ thread against Sigurd and C13K. But a likely member of C13K posted false information claiming it was the dox information of TheNewAmerikan. But this was all done as a gayop to cause a red herring and to frame innocent people. All the faces shown are from people who likely had no relation to any of this.
By scanning the phone number, it brings up an African-American who unironically didnu nuffin in this context. Also, a Venmo account of a random person.

I agree that libraries aren’t as populated now a days, and also are soft targets.
But I also want to add that if you want to potentially kill young kids, a lot of libraries have summer reading programs going on.
They include events that babies and kids can go to during the day, like story times and different featured speakers.
I actually used to talk to this guy back in 2023-ish on Discord. He has another Discord account with the username maybemaybe37, with the same pfp as his chess account, but I think it's gone by now since I left that server a long time ago. He was really into history (especially alternate history) and politics, but I don't really remember him well enough to have special stories about him.
