I’m getting back into astrology but particularly the chinese astrology called bazi. I’ve been really interested in how Jason Hall's, aka Pirate Software, brain works when it comes to why he is so retarded and he keeps doubling down
From the information that was given in this thread, he was born in Tacoma, Washington on July, 17th, 1987.
This looks complicated but I can explain it in simple terms. You may know the chinese zodiac and the animal of the year. I personally remember looking at chinese takeout menus that had this information and trying to find what my zodiac was. So actually there’s zodiac of the year, month, day, and hour. There are also elements, both of their yin and yang versions. With this, we can see in detail how Jason works.
How? Well, imagine a car. As we go further and further into the detail of a car, we can see how it looks on the outside, if it will have any engine or maintenance troubles, how it drives, and what is influencing the driver itself. This is how bazi works. We move from year to month to day to hour and as we go further and further into the bazi, we can go further and further into person themselves.
So let’s start with the year pillar, the furthest to the right. This our first impression of Jason. We have a Rabbit that has Yin Fire. Yin fire is little fire, a candle. They like to help and support and are inspiring. You can see this in his desire to be a person that inspires people to make games. However, like a candle, they are easily burnt out and can be temperamental to keep stable. He is also a rabbit in his year pillar and there is a general and flower of romance in his bazi. He’s able to maintain a good physical appearance and I wouldn’t be surprised if he lowered his voice because he was self conscious and knew that his voice wasn’t attractive enough. It’s like he needs to be well liked at all times. He has this idea of what he wants to be and sticks with it.
Speaking of that, let’s go to the month pillar which essentially is how he works. It is the engine of the car. I would often call it the performance of person. This is where the stupidity occurs. We have Goat with yin fire (the candle). Again, he is able to be burnt out which doesn’t help him at all because this is why he can’t finish his fucking game. The goat hops around and is driven by excitement and has the ability to do anything but cannot due to his energy levels. This is where the issue sets in. He has big idea and his actual drive shoots himself in the foot.
There’s also the red peach blossom star that means he connects with people really easily and it’s difficult for him to control his emotions. This means that he’ll cheat on other and have many relationships within his life. This explains the cheating on his wife and various partners. We also have the backstabbing star which is bickering and fighting, which explains why he’s such a fucking idiot when it comes to being able to settle things. Again, he wants to be seen as something and but his actual drive and performance damages his own self. In my opinion, this is why the bloody knife star is there. This combination is what causes all this drama and such. He’s his worst enemy.
And on the day pillar, it mirrors the year pillar. I think, again, he really want his self to be a particular way and unfortunately, he shits his pants every time due to his own actions.
