The good news is: the Bay Area is in the middle of a massive cold snap; I can't remember a colder Christmas. It's gotten down to the low 40s nightly for weeks - and it's supposed to start raining nonstop from Tuesday until the following Monday, along with getting down into the 30s.

He's gonna get hypothermia if he's lucky, and severe frostbite AND hypothermia if he's less lucky.

If he got it in the right places, that would save money on transition surgery.
