I'm still under the impression that some chick at TTU killed herself (unrelated as far as we know) and Bella's group was harassing a tranny. These two stories seem to have been conflated into one false story where Bella's group harassed a tranny to suicide.

Maybe there's some big piece of information I missed, but that's been my assumption about the origins of this fabricated story.

What stood out to me is the "DAT-N" code in the "Part" location of the ticket. After looking it up, I wasn't able to determine what the "-N" stands for, but DAT = Desk Appearance Ticket. According to these lawyer's website:

"A DAT is a written order that is issued by the police, which requires a person to appear in criminal court on a specific date and time, which is known as a return date. At the return date, an accused person will be expected to respond to accusations that they have committed a crime.

Desk Appearance Tickets are issued in place of putting a person through the formal arrest process. However, it is important to note that while these tickets are more serious than NYPD summonses, a person is not considered guilty of a crime just because they receive a Desk Appearance Ticket, however, they have been arrested."

So, at the very least we know that she will have to "appear" at court. We also know that it is open to the public for in-person attendance. I would hate to theorize,but couldn't the Discord information be used if it was authenticated as basically demonstrating that she's a bad person and potentially make the outcome worse for her?

Portobella is going to have to appear in Queens Criminal Court at roughly 5 PM on August 15th. (Edit: Unless the system hasn't been updated accordingly and she's going to attend virtually as Hot has pointed out)

I'll be sure to mention this in the "Where In The World Is Isabella?" thread. Wherever she is now, she legally has to appear in person according to the ticket at that date and time. And if it's open to the public I wonder if any autists in NY would fancy a trip to Queens.
Edit 2: Also as Hot has pointed out, "open to the public" doesn't mean you can observe her like she's in a zoo during her visit. But being outside the court is still public property.

1. There is the possibility that the website is not up-to-date on information such as who her lawyer is or whether it is in-person or virtual. It's possible that paperwork was already submitted for a continuation/changing the status to "DAT-V", and it will be handled at that date with no appearance, for example. This is to my limited understanding, so take with a grain of salt.

2. By "open to the public" I meant that the courts are not currently closed down or virtual-only due to COVID. I didn't mean that you would necessarily be able to just saunter into the courthouse, as a lot places around the USA are currently "restricted" - going to the vet, for example, only one person can go in with their pet. Or, you are forced to wait outside in your car until they call you in. Or, they go outside and pick up your pet, and then come back out and give you back your pet. Etc. I didn't bother looking into whether or not this is the case for the courthouse in Queens because that information wasn't readily available, but if anyone does end up going, feel free to contact me I guess haha. Would be nice to add more information to the summary thread/update the Court Saga aspect of it.

Evaluating the evidence -- What is proven, and what could be edgy LARPing?
Keep in mind I'm trying to play devils advocate here and disregard what Bella says. I'm going by whether things can be corroborated by other parties or have material evidence. Don't yell at me because I'm "defending her". After all the leaks I believe a lot of the depraved shit she talked about she actually did. But this is about whether it's been conclusively proven.

Note: Evidence towards these is either provided as links, or can be read in the Summary thread under the specified numbers (#), or can be read in the OP of this thread. This post will be updated as I have the time, not all evidence might be sourced at the current moment. I aim to be accurate but do your own damn research too, don't trust people on the internet.

While she gloats about it in the posted log, she also denies it later saying it was payment for a camera and services. If what she says is true I'm not sure whether her not being able to render services (due to Chris' arrest) makes it illegal not to return the money though.

What’s interesting about this crime is that Bella didn’t necessarily need to steal the summons, simply trying to hide the summons or “attempt to conceal” the summons (which she admits to in the discord chats) would be evidence against her. Obviously, this doesn’t come close to some of the other potential crimes she is potentially guilty of, but it is still a third class felony. The only way this could be proven is if Avery or someone close to Avery could confirm if the summons was indeed missing, otherwise I’d take Bella’s words with a grain of salt.

It'd be easier to get her on selling drugs or date rape if those claims have any evidence or any victims would come forward. So far it seems like just rumors. I want to put the Ariel Lassa link to bed. (Wasn't trans.) Did she actually suicide or was it an OD? If Bella sold, and she used, and she 1 time visited the Chess Club was to set up a meet. Is there any way to find out her official cause of death? In the leaked discord Bella doesn't know, or claims not to know. There was an investigation into her death, police had Lassa's phone/computer. If there was evidence of bullying it would've been on there. I can't see how if she did OD and there were all these rumors floating around about Bella dealing, the police wouldn't have snagged her.
