This is one of the few actual concrete crimes which is completely unambiguous and if she fucked with the mail in any way, that's a serious crime, and the sort that is actually prosecuted because there are no political implications whatsoever. It's quite simply did you do it? Then you're guilty.

It'd be easier to get her on selling drugs or date rape if those claims have any evidence or any victims would come forward.

This is also my general view on the crimes of this whore. There is a tendency to seek out the more political ones and shit like "transphobia." Yes, her actually more repugnant actions, even to me, are things with this political overlay to them. However, those are also the ones that immediately polarize everyone and turn it into some kind of retarded "debate" over the social issue involved.

I think this is how she's gotten away with this bullshit. I think a focus on the low-key, seemingly less awful stuff is how you take this bitch down. This is stuff where they can go after her and nobody can really claim "muh social justice warriors" and other bullshit that she hides behind.

Absolutely. My wording was a bit confusing in that post, and to clarify I meant to say that it’s one of the least interesting/memorable crimes she’s accused of, so I wasn’t sure how relevant my thoughts were to this thread. It’s interesting to me, but I can see the Chris Chan theft/estrogen poisoning/animal abuse etc would be more of a priority.

Especially considering the circumstances the theft/obfuscation occurred under. Your point about the public’s ignorance about mail fraud is spot on, perhaps that’s why Bella was willing to discuss it so openly. A thought that struck me while reading through the logs, especially when Bella et al. are doing damage control after the thread was created, is there evidence of conspiracy and/or making false statements/obstruction of justice? I am not a lawyer so forgive me if this is retarded, but I think deliberately making false/misleading statements and trying to coordinate more of the same from others is a crime. We found the person whose ID she stole and we're working on getting in contact with her. She could definitely press charges for identity theft, and if Bella did use her ID for "government filings" and to buy bitcoin, there will be records to cross-reference with the discord logs. Avery would really have to get involved and they'd have to be convinced they could prove it. He's the only one who knows whether or not he got the jury summons, whether he got fined for not showing up, or whether it existed at all. After all, how would she know he even got it unless she had been the one who stole it?
