Keep in mind I'm trying to play devils advocate here and disregard what Bella says. I'm going by whether things can be corroborated by other parties or have material evidence. Don't yell at me because I'm "defending her". After all the leaks I believe a lot of the depraved shit she talked about she actually did. But this is about whether it's been conclusively proven.

Stealing money from Chris: Not proven
While she gloats about it in the posted log, she also denies it later saying it was payment for a camera and services. If what she says is true I'm not sure whether her not being able to render services (due to Chris' arrest) makes it illegal not to return the money though.

Withholding information about elder abuse: Proven
I don't wanna look for the screenshots either, but repeated Discord leaks have shown she was aware of the abuse and withheld the audio. She claimed this was so that she could edit it to hide her identity.

Animal abuse: Proven
There was a photo. A student of her school confirmed their authenticity. Allen also confirmed this to Kiwifarms and admitted to it in DMs with other people.
EDIT: Zorgoth confirmed this too.

Rape: Inconclusive
We have no info about this except the discussions in the Discord. It might just Bella being edgy and retarded.
