Honestly this is a rather philosophical statement akin to "if a tree falls and no one is there to hear it..."
Shapeless blobs' genders do not interest us, but they do have a gender we nevertheless perceive, in the way we are grossed out by Yaniv differently to Amberlynn.

FWIW, what women perceive as "attractive" has considerable variation and arguably there is a heterosexual woman (autistic or not) out there for every "nerdy ugly ginger guy".

However, the "nerdy ugly ginger guys" probably also do have to lower their standards considerably, so what you say might indeed play out in real life.

This almost always translates to “nerdy ugly ginger guys” getting with girls who are twice their weight. They’re so desperately wanting for love and attention from women that they are willing to throw out any standards they may have had before. Many such cases!

It’s because he won’t give in. He wrote some article for the Atlantic about how child transitions are bad and ever since then they’ve been at war with him.
They managed to beat Dan Savage into being pro trans but now they’ve discovered that he didn’t really buy it.

It amuses me to see trenders put “AFAB/AMAB” in their bios alongside all their other identity labels, like an admission they’re still female/male and an advertisement of what’s in their pants, but they still want to appear special. They come so close to being self aware until you accuse them of having special snowflake syndrome, at which point they’ll deny it and come up with some other excuse for using all these made up labels. (Usually something to the effect of “it makes me feel good!” or something else based entirely on emotions.)
