Pence is still the President of the Senate until January 20th. He counts the Electoral Votes.

House votes by State Delegation, not individual congressman. Republicans control the most delegations. Even if Republicans lose the run-off, that means 50-50 split in the Senate which means, with Pence as tiebreaker, Republicans could get re-elected

He's probably accounting for RINOs when it comes to the Senate. That being said, this is mostly based on the Electoral Count Act due to the Constitution not being clear on how Congress counting votes works if the election is contested aside from it going to a contingent election. So you can expect leftists to shill the Electoral Count Act for the next few weeks despite it being mocked by legal historians ever since it was introduced for being an absolute mess that doesn't really help clear up the process at all. Everyone should read that pdf I linked, he goes into it from a neutral perspective and it'll be very insightful now that we've reached this point. Personally, I think the least chaotic solution would be a contingent election, it's the only remedy listed in the Constitution for something like this.

Well, by this argument, yes! See, you had literally years to correct these potential problems, which would have happened in every election leading up to this one. That's laches.

But you could try to argue that enough fraud happened here that the results should be overturned. This case would argue that ballots treated this way are totally invalid on an arcane technicality regarding putting a zip code or the state's two letters in, and could then use that to try to find via handwriting differences enough of these potentially fraudulent ballots to throw enough suspicion.

baker v nelson happened in 1971, obergefell and its proponents had 44 years to contest nelson. why wait so long for something that happened in every year prior to 2015?

Adding in a state or a zip code is such a minor item that of course no-one would fucking record it, particularly given that this conflict between the WEC guidelines and a specific reading of legislation wasn't brought up until now. And by this court's ruling, STILL isn't an issue, because the court wasn't issuing a judgment on the correct interpretation of that legislation. It's not that you failed to prove there were a ton of fraudulent ballots with this case; you failed to prove that they could even be called fraudulent.

the state cant present numbers in contrast because it doesnt know either. it acknowledges the actions happened, so we know more than 0. like everything else you allege about this election there's no evidence for the state to present either. they could easily present numbers if tgey have them.

sounds like the state fucked up but admitting it means trump wins.

again the states havent provided evidence trump lost fairly. are you aware of az,'s fed only ballot without citizenship test exists?

e: ballots that dont conform to election laws are improper and casting them is fraud

Ironically, any senator that has any aspirations of being President(namely Cruz) will join in, knowing that the Senate won't vote against electors, and thus assure they'll never have a fair shot at the presidency.

Senate votes for the Vice President. Pence is their guy. I'm not saying that RINOs won't cuck out, but I find it less likely than if the Senate voted for the President and the Representatives for the Vice President.
