It's unbelievable the luck that Phil stumbles into time and time again. He didn't even try to make his bankruptcy look legit - was granted complete dismissal anyway. He found and paid an attorney that was cheapest. Didn't matter.

I'm not even mad tbh. I just think it's funny how he's managed to escape what looked like certain doom largely via dumb luck.

It reminds me of the Metokur comment that after the apocalypse 'there will just be roaches and Phil'. In fact, we're more or less in the apocalypse, loads of people are going to go bankrupt and Phil has just got his debts discharged. Which means he's probably years away from bankruptcy, even at maximal irresponsibility.
