8-18-19: Blaire vs. Yaniv: The Final Reckoning - AKA the Gayest of Tranny GayOps Failure

Representing himself as a documentarian is fine. Becoming his 'agent' for that peace phone call is another contract entirely, and since he was secretly playing for the other side drops it straight into fraudulent misrepresentation. Yaniv has a solid cause of action against both of them.
I guess calling yourself an agent and trying to act on someone's behalf with the ulterior motive of coaxing a confession to a crime would be considered fraudulent misrepresentation, so I get what you mean. But is Blaire actually guilty of anything if she is under the same impression that he is an agent/documentarian? She was in contact with him before the phone call we saw, but if he misrepresented himself to her as well then I can't figure out what she is guilty of. If she had set this all up herself then I would agree, but it seems as if this is a set up by the agent and he used Blaire to get more content for his movie/evidence against Yaniv, depending on if he's not lying about either of those motives. All she did was plan on getting Yaniv to admit to doxing her, but I don't understand how that would be illegal. If he chose to share information with her about having confessions that's on him. She doesn't have the confessions so she isn't withholding anything. Idk, maybe I'm just stupid, but this is how I'm seeing it. The agent dude is definitely very sketchy all around.

The only mind-blowing part here is that Yaniv apparently lies so much the cops don't believe it when he confesses to crimes.

Is it that odd though?

We know emergency services comes to his house several times a week for fake illnessess so it's not exactly impossible that they know he lies a lot for attention.

Blaire is a fucking retard who thinks she's better than she is, so of course she thinks she's got this guy, but he's gonna slip through the cracks again while she looks like a retard. Stick to your tranny videos Blaire, you're not good at them either but it's what you're known for.

She knew he was playing Yaniv for her benefit and she went along with it. If they organised this before Yaniv agreed to let Gordon represent him, she's on the hook for civil conspiracy in his tort. If Gordon came to her after getting Yaniv on board she might be in the clear.

Call me exceptional but I actually didn't see the agent reveal coming. I thought it was just Yaniv sock puppeting someone again, which wouldn't be surprising if it was true.

Maybe there's another twist coming - it IS Jonny who pretended to be The Agent who pretended to frame himself because lolcowz.

if anyone is on Yanivs Twitter you need to get on there and do a deep search and grab everything you can. JY believes when you delete something it didn’t happen, grab those caps!

True, I agree. Guess we're just going to have to wait and see what the timeline was.
It's definitely

The fake agent and the phone call were lame, but then this whole situation is stupid so that's not surprising. This proves basically nothing except that Blair has recognised a cash cow. We all know what JY did, we all know why and how.

Would any of this even be admissible to a court? Sounds to entrapment to me.

That is not entrapment. Entrapment requires government action to lure you into something you wouldn't do otherwise. Also it never actually works as a defense, even when the defendant is basically retarded and has been given all the materials he needs by the FBI to do something that the FBI suggested.

In the case of video evidence in the US and Canada you're going to run into problems with hearsay and authentication. Overcome either of those and you can use that evidence.

Blaire pulled off the ultimate wééning gay ops. If this makes Yaniv turtle down all his accounts and stop producing tard cum I'm going to be 🎩

Blaire's definition of doxing as requiring malicious intent is bullshit. I expect nothing to come of this because, Blaire.
