Would any of this even be admissible to a court? Sounds like entrapment to me.

I guess calling yourself an agent and trying to act on someone's behalf with the ulterior motive of coaxing a confession to a crime would be considered fraudulent misrepresentation, so I get what you mean. But is Blaire actually guilty of anything if she is under the same impression that he is an agent/documentarian? She was in contact with him before the phone call we saw, but if he misrepresented himself to her as well then I can't figure out what she is guilty of. If she had set this all up herself then I would agree, but it seems as if this is a set up by the agent and he used Blaire to get more content for his movie/evidence against Yaniv, depending on if he's not lying about either of those motives. All she did was plan on getting Yaniv to admit to doxing her, but I don't understand how that would be illegal. If he chose to share information with her about having confessions that's on him. She doesn't have the confessions so she isn't withholding anything. Idk, maybe I'm just stupid, but this is how I'm seeing it. The agent dude is definitely very sketchy all around.Representing himself as a documentarian is fine. Becoming his 'agent' for that peace phone call is another contract entirely, and since he was secretly playing for the other side drops it straight into fraudulent misrepresentation. Yaniv has a solid cause of action against both of them.
The only mind-blowing part here is that Yaniv apparently lies so much the cops don't believe it when he confesses to crimes.

Blaire said the agent has the passwords to his social media. It'd be funny if the agent managed to get him to isolate himself. To start, he went private on Twitter. This is not a good sign.
Call me exceptional but I actually didn't see the agent reveal coming. I thought it was just Yaniv sock puppeting someone again, which wouldn't be surprising if it was true.
True, I agree. Guess we're just going to have to wait and see what the timeline was.She knew he was playing Yaniv for her benefit and she went along with it. If they organised this before Yaniv agreed to let Gordon represent him, she's on the hook for civil conspiracy in his tort. If Gordon came to her after getting Yaniv on board she might be in the clear.

It's definitely![]()
