I worked with a narcissist. Always warped and twisted everything, no matter how implausible. Utterly awful guy, rude, vulgar, and abusive. He looked basically like Sloth from The Goonies but 8 months pregnant. Constantly calling people fat and bald even though he was both.

Always claiming he owned multiple local businesses and fleets of Corvettes and Cadillacs. Harassing women and bragging about his conquests when he's a virgin in his 40s. Even insisting he's taller than I am, while standing side by side, with him about 4 inches shorter. Flying into a violent screaming rage when anyone disputed one of his outlandish claims.

Russ reminds me a lot of him. His future doesn't look very bright.

He's like one of those hypemen running a long con for a product or service that is super shitty/doesn't exist and gets a buncha money on Kickstarter before fleeing - except he just doesn't want to do any of the work and his FB posts should make the world quiver.

Actually, the guy looks pretty normal. Many crazy people look pretty normal and it always comes as a surprise when they finally do something crazy. You always see interviews from their family and friends who say "We never knew they could do something like this. He seemed so normal."

Now Russ, on the other hand, is a guy who does have "crazy written all over him". And he has crazy written all over his social media, shitty songs, lolsuits, and two poorly written books. You look at him and it's blatantly clear that he is mentally ill in some way. And if you can't tell by looking at him, all you need to do is read the crap he posts on his social media accounts and his books. It's not often that a person's outside is directly proportional to their inside, but Russell Greer is the exception to the "don't judge a book by its cover" rule.

Mentally healthy people don't constantly talk about their "plights" or claim that someone they have never met ruined their life, then waste tons of money and time pursuing lawsuits that any sane and rational person can tell has no chance of winning. Mentally healthy people don't stalk celebrities for years and expect those celebs to date/marry/fuck them, make them rich and famous, then try to hurt the celebrity any way they can (including harassing them on social media) because the celeb has no idea who they are. Mentally healthy people don't write shitty songs to "get back" at someone they have never met. Mentally healthy people don't expect fame and fortune to be dropped into their lap just for existing. Mentally healthy people don't expect to win national talent shows with a PowerPoint presentation.

Nah, Bo Peep isn't toothy enough. Russell's going for Barbie. She's the original fashion and beauty role model, so of course Russell deserves a doll of her caliber.
Seriously, he really does have the mind of a child. Off brand cereal and chocolate pancakes for dinner, hot cocoa at a coffeeshop, "me want, me want" attitude, non-swears like "frick" and "heck", undying self-centeredness, constant whining that everyone is so mean to him, playground name-calling like "O Fakeio", kiddie handwriting, and the same taste in movies as my three year old nephew.

Well, if an employer requires that you have a certain amount of experience, often between two to five years experience, and the applicant only has 1.5 years experience, then obviously they don't have enough experience. And since they are the ones hiring for the position, they get to decide what is enough prior experience for them. Kind of like when a hooker says her price is $$$$ and you go to her with $$$ she's going to turn you down. It's not a complicated concept.
