FYI this is what it should look like just after the commonest form of skin-flap vaginoplasy. Phil's picture looks nothing like this:

Being there enough trannies on this site who've got the real chop, we've seen what that looks like and it's a lot more banged up down there as it's serious surgery and the whole area is wrapped. Not just around the opening.
Not to mention much of the bandage doesn't even touch the skin. It looks like a sling to hold that tiny piece of white, dry gauze at his crotch. Even Halloween work is more elaborate than that.

I knew what was under there and I clicked anyway...why did I do that?

Good, then. Have fun keeping the MRSA out of your gash. If infection doesn't finish him off the shock of seeing that absolutely no one cares certainly will.

Imagine putting yourself through major, painful surgery and giving yourself a wound which has to be maintained for life to score a "victory" against internet randos.

That's why I so dearly hope he actually had the surgery. At the end of the day, no one trolls Phil better than Phil.

I have to say it just baffles me what he thinks he will GAIN out of this if he actually did get his dick cut off.

Objectively speaking, he LOST his penis if he actually got it off. Why he thinks mutilating a body part off permanently just to spite people on the internet is a good idea disturbs me.

Well, if ya wanna be specific, he still has it. In the typical surgery for MTF troons, the penis is inverted and then reincorporated as a vagina. So surgery or not, Phil still has a penis. "Femme latinx" be damned.

granted it's mutilated beyond function at this point, but fuck it. it's funnier this way

Hey @Ravenor, why is Phil going to such lengths for asspats lately?

The pressure at home, and increasing isolation from the rest of the Troon community Phil is getting ignored by them as he is starting to get recognised as a really noxious entity even amongst the rest of the troons hell he brought a lot of our bigger cows to our attention.

He's also getting pressure applied in other areas of his existence that he's not able to escape from as his brain is starting to work them out because well we keep throwing them in his face often enough it's starting to slowing sink in and he's worried but not sure why.

Jesus I've been giving myself away a lot lately I really should just put one of those doctor headbands on my avatar and change my name to Dr. Nigonidas.
Issues I see. No presurgical scrub. The entire area should be painted a lovely brown color.
There should be a drainage tube collecting blood. There is none. "But Dr. Nigonidas what about that clear tube couldn't that be it?" No shut up that is not what a drainage tube looks like and further more there is no signs of drainage in it.
Also I would think that they would have a catheter in if SRS is performed but that's just me I don't work in OR and I don't get SRS patients.
Third what the fuck is up with that dressing. Granted I've seen monkey tier dressings before but that bullshit is ridiculous. Power level all you want but I just drained a labial abscess and guess what my dressing doesn't look like that nonsense.
Lastly he's alleging that he got his insides flipped around and someone was digging in there. Next time your granny takes a tumble down the stairs look at her hip post op. Or hell next time your dad gets his knee replaced take a long hard look at it. Know what you'll see? Redness and swelling. Know what we don't see here? Redness and swelling.
"Oh but Dr. Nigonidas you said it yourself you're not familiar with SRS what if all these things are not valid and are a reflection of your lack of knowledge on the topic?"
Fuck you this is a guy who has faked medical files with an extensive history of lying about everything. Do you really think he wouldn't fake this too? What never fails to shock me is the depth that Phil will go with his lies. I've seen people make shit up before. I had a child in my care who's mother would steal needles from us and draw her child's blood and pour it down the child's throat and in it's diaper for eight months so that she could get attention from medical staff. Phil is not unique when it comes to making up medical shit. And it's these sick fucks who distract us from actually helping people in need that make me want to push them off a damn bridge.

1) that's a lot of hair... guess the 4 hours a day laser hair removal wasn't working?
2) that's a lot of hair ... guess the nurse forgot to scrub, shave, and prep the surgical area?
3) anyone who has had surgery for anything knows that the cleaning alcohol dye (or whatever it is) stains even after a scrub bath. No staining here...so did the nurse/doctor not sterilize the surgical area?
4) So Phil didn't go in for dick pocket surgery...what did he go in for? Kinda looks like the tube has some pee in it or something...

This picture proves nothing. He could just be playing "tuck the duck"

And I don't want anyone proving me right or wrong.

It's not a catheter. Tubing is way too small.
Edit: Also the first 8 inches or so of the catheter sticking out of someone is made of a yellow rubber material.

There's a very specific area which requires electrolysis and that area depends on whether they're doing the penile inversion thing or the colon thing (the bowel prep suggests the colon). It's not the entire public area, though.

I had surgery last year and had no staining. I'm not allergic to iodine so I assume they used something else to scrub the surgical field for other reasons. On its own, the lack of staining doesn't mean much.

What's weird, and what Phil can't fake in the coming days, is the lack of swelling and bruising. That typically extends well beyond the actual surgery site itself. If there are no photos showing that in the next few days, then we can say with a high degree of confidence that whatever Phil had done, it wasn't SRS. While a lot can be explained away as different hospitals (or even different surgeons within the same hospital) doing things differently, the aftermath of SRS isn't one of them.
