What a poser. That hair is something a crustpunk would do themselves or have a friend do for them. You would not go in and pay money for that.

Ugh, I will never be able to get over that huge bull ring he's been wearing for a while. I half expect him to start snorting and charging at the next person he sees wearing a red shirt because of it.

He's making his past self in Maoist garb look somewhat normal in comparison. So what's the endgame for tattooing, to make himself as unemployable as possible? I'm sure we've passed that threshold a while back, but still...

It's amazing that Phil's attempts to look like a lesbian only seem to make him even more masculine-looking.

Even Chris does a better job at passing than Phil does, and that is sad.
Ironically, I think it's because Chris is even less aware than Phil, and even lazier. Chris just thinks "women have long hair and wear skirts." Phil knows that women can carry the androgynous look, but fails to take into account the fact that he is a masculine-looking man. So while Chris doesn't pass, or only passes as an elderly woman, you can at least tell what he's aiming for. Phil just looks like a man.

Doesn't bolt cutters negate the idea of get consent just above it? They're used to steal bikes, or trespass. They're nearly always used in a fashion to repeal the property owners consent.
Most people who are really into getting tattoos have some sense of composition, so the tattoos work together, or at least don't wildly clash. Phil just treats his body like the back of a child's notebook, putting scrawl randomly in wherever it'll fit. As a result, he creates idiocy like this.

Ugly little fuck looks like the kinda guy you see get beaten up in a Batman movie.
Like the comic relief henchman who puts on a big show of looking tough and gets dispatched with a single punch. Maybe Phil should sign up to an extras agency.

Of fucking course he'd go to a "green certified" tattoo place.
What does "green certified" means in this context anyway?

Probably that they re-use the needles, but only from people who promise very hard and swear on the first Pokemon manga that they have no infections.

He doesn't even look like a person anymore. He looks like Western culture fellating itself.

Ok, the bolt cutters are badly drawn as it is, and the artist is clearly terrible, but it looks an awful lot like one of two things happened here;

One - the tattooist couldn't get his skin to adequately stretch/was too gelatinous an area to hold a line with the right pressure, leading to blowouts and feathering.

Two - Hooves didn't sit still, maybe through stimming, leading to wobbly lines and the colour blowing outside the lines.

In fairness to the artist, this looks like a hard area to tattoo. Still doesn't change the fact that not only was our artist a mongoloid, but Phil saw this and thought 'yeah, imma give this man money!'

It was drawn by Phil himself, like all his other pig scratchings. He forced the tattooist to do it exactly like he had it, like he did all the others.

Phil got tattooed by his clones. It's pictures like this that make want to pull a Bugs Bunny and saw the East Coast off the continent and let it float into the giant trash gyre where it belongs.

I wouldn't be surprised if Phil waddled into the shop without an appointment, wanted his scribble done for cheap and they gave him one of the interns as the artist.

At some point you have to graduate from oranges and dead pigs.
