He's being investigated and the claims are being taken seriously by the company so if they end up digging up dirt on him it will be true, I won't dispute that.
The main problem I'm taking issues with are the people claiming that women indie devs are in any way going to be harmed by bringing up their evidence with Polygon, which is as far left of a videogame website you are going to find. If serious evidence was brought against him I think they would have investigated no matter who it was. Any woman could say no to Nick Robinson and blocked him and they would be safe. He is not the only writer for Polygon and he has no power over what the other writers cover. The only people who would harass you over it would be uninformed or spiteful fans and they shouldn't even be involved in the first place. Women have been more protected in this industry from unsolicited flirting than ever before.
It feels a lot like people are waving their arms around screaming about fire before a match has even been struck. This is just proving my thought that companies should keep their fucking Twitter feeds shut until something actually happens, especially with everyone dancing around the subject while the popcorn stands are calling for his fucking blood despite accusations being vague at best.
