Reckless Ben (Youtuber: Ben Schneider) vs Bricks and Minifigs and CEO Ammon McNeff - $200k in stolen LEGO - SWATTING by Mormon Police - Mexico arrest Avoidance - Major Lawsuits (Civil RICO)

Can anyone that has watched the Coffeezilla video attest whether it's a good watch if going in blind?
My only complaint is the franchisees aren't featured enough in it. They were the ones swearing to God they would return the legos if Ben apologized to the manager after all.

Do you really believe the Super McNeff Bros would have answered to Coffeezilla a month ago? No, they would have told him it's a franchise matter and not a corporate matter and send him right off. Now that their reputation is on fire they're taking any interview that could help them crawl out of their situation, unsuccessfuly.
Reckless Ben already destroyed their reputation. There was honestly no reason for them to even go on his show. No one is going to a believe a word they say anyway. Plus they know (or should know) that Coffeezilla is an investigator and not an idiot. So if they had something easily exposed than it would've came out.

I think this story would have a different public opinion if Coffeezilla released his video first. Obviously BAM feels like they have an actual court case so we'll see how the lolsuit pans out.

The Gormans, for whatever you might say about them, do at least seem like they're trying to make Bryan whole instead of evading the question and trying to pass the buck onto someone else. You could say Chrystal pointing the finger at BAM is passing the buck, but I think the absolute sideshow BAM has made of this is proof enough that they're up to something at the very least. At worst it seems the Gormans have only potentially done a fucky-wucky.

I feel like there's more information that needs to be figured out. All we really know is what Chrystal has said in the interviews, as I said I can look past her being shitty a business owner. But when she says a lot of the collection was on layaway then tried to explain the layaway transactions it made no sense and came of sounding like a shell game.

This what I want to know:

1. How often was Bryan paid? I would assume it wasn't after every single sale because of the volume of product he had. So was it monthly? quarterly? semi-annual(every six months)

2. Was Bryan provided with updates to his inventory.

3. Did Bryan ever go and check on his inventory to see if what he was being told was correct.

I know the whole point of consignment is to basically not have to do anything besides collect money but I'd still check in at least quarterly to make sure everything was going legit.

I know legos aren't the point of this saga but I see adult men with stacks of legos in their closet and I want to turn them into pepperoni. Legos are for children and sharing with your children not hoarding batman collections as a balding 30 year old with too many piercings.

But if you sell it for 200,000 dollars you can pass on that money to your children so they can have a nest egg. And maybe they'll buy their own legos at extortionate prices.

Couple of videos on the BAMF owners sued their own father.

This a lawyer going over the situation:

And this is a Lego focused channel going over the long version if it just explaining to his audience:

The problem is SOOO many people have grifted on covering BAM that I was sick of hearing about it when Coffee got to it.

Plus since he started his second channel I’ve lost a fair amount of respect for him what with his grifting on Epstein coverage.

Ben actually tried to do something, any other channel (besides Coffezilla and maybe a few select others) just did the usual "hot takes and commentary grift video.

Unfortunately thats what floods the algorithms. Useless commentary by some idiot who has no reason to be commentating on a trending issue because they lack either knowledge of the product or situation being discussed.

I agree. I’m always open for giving Coffee a shot.

I also agree with other things that have been said here like how there is some validity to coffee waiting.

Though of course he is gonna cash in big time. It has more than 5M views when I finally got to it.

What? No. That's not true. You think there were no Indians in Utah before Columbus?
Tbh, I wasn't sure if he was actually that retarded (of course, he immediately confirmed that he is), or if that was another one of those 'history, but turned completely on its head' things that the LDS church teaches its adherents.

I read a book recently about the Oregon Trail, and it turns out Mormon leaders would do that shit a lot. They even had several landmarks along the old Oregon Trail route renamed to reflect their theological retellings of actual history, including the retellings specifically made to cover up the time they sent hundreds of early Mormon pioneers to their deaths. They've also legally commandeered a few historical landmarks that should be, and would have been, open to the general public, to use as their own personal church pilgrimage sites.

I've been thinking about posting excerpts from that book, but it's mostly only relevant to general Mormon connivery, rather than to this specific saga of Mormon connivery.

Internet Anarchist did a video about Ben being gagged. Good info. Updated at the end mentioning the gofundme is back, and going over some Coffeezilla's video. Pretty good video!

Mujin did a video about the whole situation. I haven't seen it all yet. This is his first video since his failed Sycuno call out. Already I can tell you it has a LOT of filler as he is going on about Norway.

No it was Joshua Johnson.
I hate these fucks and their alliterative names, and the B named people (Brian, Ben, Brandon, and I swear there's a second Ben). They all blend together for me.

In this case hopefully someone much smaller with no reach. Normally I wouldn't say that but he has nearly 2M followers now, and he points out Ben may have to remove all the older videos as well so getting the word out however seems like the lesser of two evils. For me anyway.

The YouTube channel ’BAM sucks’ has uploaded a pretrial conference with Provo City, Utah and Ben Schneider.

It seems like Ben is going to be representing himself in this case. He is retardmaxxing to the maxx. Next hearing is July 6th.
