Craps his pants, punches walls, vomits in trashcans, cries, screams, leaves one-star reviews for random fast food locations, etc.

He's such a dramatic little bitch. I'd love to be a fly on the wall to witness him reading stuff like this, along with denials of his motions and awarding of sanctions.

"That damn Hardin swindled me again! TACO BELL IS GONNA PAY FOR THIS!!"
There will be some brutal 1 star reviews being generated all over Vegas today.

Any speculation on what the "bizarre fabricated accusations involving supposed “tax fraud” claims tied to ViaTRON" might be about?
I may be wrong, but I think I remember something about because he demanded the money be tax-free and because it was sent across state lines that it met the criteria for tax fraud as well as extortion, et al.

It's not tax fraud until April 15th

There's nothing illegal or fraudulent about demanding payment without taxes deducted, it's only illegal if you don't declare it as income on your taxes since obviously ViaTROON would've hit him with a 1099.

ViaTROON is required by law to withhold taxes from wages paid as part of an employment arrangement, and to pay the employer portion of Social Security and Medicare taxes. For someone to be considered an independent contractor, they must meet specific criteria (note that some states have rules that are more strict than the IRS).

So this would not be tax fraud on Russ's part (unless he doesn't report it), but it would be on ViaTROON's if they had acquiesced. The only way around not deducting taxes would be for them to "net up" the payment, by increasing the gross amount until the net matched the proposed amount ex-withholding.

Editing to share what I think might be the source of the "tax fraud" quote. This is from ECF 446 posted in the GvM by @Useful_Mistake. I was searching trying to find out who the hell Jerry Leach is. My original post was just simply speculation, so I deleted it as nobody has replied, hopefully that's not an issue, nothing of value was lost.

Thanks for this. I'd been wracking my brain, trying to remember who the hell Jerry Leach was as well and why Russell was so freaked out by the fact that he'd been contacted. Wasn't he somebody who briefly acted as Greer's line manager?

I'm still baffled as to why he thinks counsel for the opposing side has got no business contacting witnesses to his behaviour. Other than retardation, of course. But he's retarded like a shithouse rat. He'll still find a way to get into your food supply and leave his droppings all over the place.

Because what those people have to say will be prejudicial to Russhole and his case, and THAT'S NOT FAIR!

He was (is?) Russ' case manager at the Nevada department of social services. The initial complaint included a letter saying Russ had been receiving help from his agency since 2014 (if true this destroys jurisdiction for Greer v Moon, which was filed in Utah in 2020) and an allegation from Geoff (Viatron CEO) that Russ had forged the letter.

This is incorrect, Social Security and Medicare are only required by the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (the federal payroll tax) to be withheld only on wages, however out of court settlements for purported ADA and discrimination claims are not wages, which while still subject to income tax. As long as ViaTROON filed a form 1099 their hands would've been clear of the matter, then it would've fell upon Greee to properly claim it on his taxes.

And I did the math to show paying him that much would've moved him into a higher tax bracket and paying him enough more to cover that would've move it even higher until they would've had to pay him $118,000 extra just for him to get 220K after taxes
My favorite part of this madness is that he wanted that much AFTER TAXES, as in, ViaTRON should pay however much EXTRA to eat the taxes for him and leave $220,000 net. $220,000 would put Russ in the 32% tax bracket, so they'd have to pay him $290,400 to pay him $220,000! But that much would put him in the 35% tax bracket, so they'd then have to pay him $338,461.55 to pay him $220,000

That why I said if Russell did get his money, he would've been in deep shit with the IRS for not paying his taxes and he'd just keep whining "Talk to ViaTRON, they said they'd pay my taxes for me!"

That's not how US taxes work, if you hit the 35% tax bracket you don't suddenly pay 35% on your entire income you only pay 35% on the income touching that tax bracket

They would've only had to pay $258k in Tax Year 2025 o $263k in Tax Year 2026 to be 200k net after taxes.

Since this happened in 2025, here's the breakdown with his settlement including estimated W-2 wages of $31,200 and the standard deduction.

Lets say they drug it out to 2026, then they would've had to pay an extra $5k to get $200k net and it would be the following
