Nick has most definitely worn out his welcome with all local attorneys after his behavior with the Monty case. He’s a massive piece of shit fag who screeches like a woman - would you want to represent him? He constantly thinks he’s right (meaning YOU’RE WRONG) and that he is the smartest person in the room when he is all-around mediocre. Worst kind of client to have and the fact that he went to law school and should know better too makes it worse.

Something I've been wanting to do some (fairly) quick math on is how many cases each attorney (or to be more precise, every person who is/was licensed to be an attorney) involved seems to have done, because a number gives part of the picture, but I don't want just part of the picture, I want the full picture.

I additionally wanted to be a bit more specific to help the other people on the forum understand the scale of how much Nick fucking sucks, and to add some mathematical oomph to it: how many cases has each attorney (former or otherwise) done with regards to how long they have been licensed? I'm going to take the MNPR post here (since they're pretty fucking reliable), not accounting for the possibility they may have gotten more cases since then:

HRO cases with Francis Herbert White as counsel of record (out of 220 total cases): 19

HRO cases with Brian Keith Lewis as counsel of record (out of 91 total cases): 17

HRO cases with Brian Lee Johnson as counsel of record (out of 474 total cases): 17

HRO cases with Nicholas Robert Rekieta as counsel of record (out of 33 total cases): 1

The rest of the data I'm using will be coming from lawyers.com. If something I say is wrong, I'm going to claim the myopia of not being a website, just being a humble cherry (despite my avatar). I'm also going to assume that their licenses are current, despite us knowing Nick's is not, for obvious reasons.

Now that that's out of the way, let's start with Francis Herbert White:

220 / 12 = 18.3 cases per year licensed. I am assuming he has been licensed since 2014.
Let's do the HRO cases: 19 / 12 = 1.58 HRO cases per year licensed. Not too bad. White has more cases overall than Nick and Brian Keith Lewis combined.

Now let's go to Brian Keith Lewis, who I believe is on the side of Darth Balldo. He will appropriately be referred to as Evil Brian:

91 / 9 = 10.1 cases per year licensed. I am assuming he has been licensed since 2017.
Let's do the HRO cases: 17 / 9 = 1.888888888888889 HRO cases per year licensed. So far the highest percentage of HRO cases per year licensed. He's also the most junior attorney out of everyone on MNPR's list.

Now let's go to Brian Lee Johnson, on the side of the worst man alive, Toeseph Stalin's counsel, Brian Lee Johnson (known to me as Good Brian):

Well damn, 16 years. 474 / 16 = 29.625 cases per year licensed. I am assuming he has been licensed since 2010.
Let's do the HRO cases: 17 / 16 = 1.0625 HRO cases per year licensed. Is it the lowest so far? Yes. But he's been licensed the longest, too. Keep in mind he has the same number of HRO cases (despite having 520% more cases) as Evil Brian.

Now let's go to the most cucked man in Minnesota, Nick Rekieta:

33 / 11 = 3 cases per year. He's not licensed to practice, but that doesn't help anyways. We know he's been licensed since 2015.
Let's do the HRO cases: 1 / 11 = 0.09 (endlessly repeating) HRO cases per year licensed. It's the lowest, and it's not even close. He's not even the most junior attorney, which is fucking embarrassing.

Now let's do some comparisons, more specifically comparing each attorney to Nick:

Starting with White: Nick has been licensed since 2015, but White has been licensed since 2014. Even then, despite having one more year of licensure than Nick, White has more than 6x the cases that Nick does. He has 19x the amount of HRO cases that Nick has. He has the most HRO cases out of everyone.

Now let's go with Evil Brian: Evil Brian has almost 3x the cases Nick does, despite being licensed 2 years fewer than Nick does. He also has 17x the HRO cases that Nick does. He is tied for the second most cases out of 4 attorneys, tying with Good Brian.

Now let's go with Good Brian: Good Brian has almost 15x the cases that Nick has. He has 17x more HRO cases than Nick. This is with him being licensed for 5 years more than Nick. He is tied with Evil Brian for HRO cases. Good Brian has more cases than every other attorney listed combined. He has more than 2x the cases of White, and more than 5x the number of cases than Evil Brian.

Nick has the fewest cases. He has the fewest HRO cases. He has objectively the least experience. Every single person involved eclipses him, even the one person who have been licensed for less time. One of the two people who has more time licensed than him (White) barely has more experience, and he has more than 6x the legal experience of Nick (although it doesn't help since he's a fucking retard too). Good Brian and Nick is not even a fair comparison. Nick and Evil Brian is not a fair comparison. Nick and White is not a fair comparison. Nick doesn't even deserve to be on this fucking list, but he is.

In short: Nick just fucking sucks, and he sucks mathematically, and he sucks at math. He doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. He has imposter syndrome because he is an imposter. The feelings of his inadequacy are real, because he is inadequate.

Surely Nick and Melton would have, or could easily get, copies of Aaron's requests and the denials.

And yes, sinus infections can hurt like a bitch to the point that driving might suck, but Nick doesn't even suggest it was debilitating, just a general effort at making Aaron out to be an ogre in every way, as though literal codependency is normal. This attempt also suggests (one of a thousand reasons) why Nick was so overwhelmed by normal kid management despite not having a real job; no concept of self-sufficiency or efficiency.
