Minnesota commonly cuts probations in half for good behavior. Toe mentioned this early on after the proceedings were settled.

That is true. But you have to petition a judge for the reduction and the reduction isn't automatic. The judge might grant it and the judge might not grant it.

Another time when Aaron is looking to step on a rake and should just keep his mouth shut.

He doesn't misunderstand anything, in my opinion. I think he knows exactly how and why his child tested positive for cocaine. All his lies and "micro-truths" and prevarication on that point are to try and keep his remaining fans from finally understanding the truth, which is that your child testing positive for coke is unforgivable and irredeemable.

These days, most of his remaining audience would have no moral problem with him doing that. I suppose there are a handful of people out there who follow Nick and still believe in him as trad christian dad, but most of the vocal ones like Grifty seem fully supportive of everything Nick has ever done and would have made similar choices in their own lives.

If he's not completely retarded he should anticipate Nick via Kayla to arrange for another HRO and aim for the maximum length of time. But he is retarded, so he will know about this, and still find a way to fuck up.
Im pretty sure the right call on the Dr. Steve stuff is that he theoretically could get in a load of trouble but is likely to just get a "don't do shit like that anymore" letter on his file.
I think the worst thing for Nick is that his constant attempts at legal faggotry keep backfiring and making him (and Melton) look bad. Nick doesn't care about Steve getting in trouble, he cares more that people are telling him he's wrong, and that his ideas are stupid.

If he keeps fucking up (guaranteed), the snakening will be imminent. The DV audience already doesn't like him. He just keeps giving them more reasons.

"welcome to my old friend Geno. Been a little bit since you were on."

"Yeah. Last time I was here you were showing me some tits that made me rethink tattoo. What was her name? Kayla Rekieta. Right?"
Geno: "And Kayla Rekieta being a dumb whore is the official stance of the show, right, Aaron?"

Unless doctor Steve already has a history of doing stuff like this.
A New Jersey doctor, Dr. Edward Lundy, recently had his license revoked and is awaiting sentencing. I read a couple articles on his case, the only thing he seems to have done wrong is issuing prescriptions without carrying out proper exams.

"Between April 2024 and June 2025, Lundy issued prescriptions for oxycodone without performing adequate physical examinations, assessing for physical and psychological dependence, performing required urine drug screening or addressing the risks of chronic opioid use, which is required by law, officials said."

It wasn't even that many, only about 1600 pills over a 14 month time span.
Maybe Palliative care docs can get away without following these procedures, but it still seems extremely sketchy.

Many of the doctors who get charged with these types of offences seem to be selling the scrips, but not in Lundy's case. Dr. Steve would be too smart to get caught selling the scrips, he likely has several creative ways to launder the money he receives for writing these scrips. That Shatterproof organization is probably immensely helpful for that purpose. As well as his being paid for appearances. Being a YouTuber, in and if itself, presents endless money laundering opportunities.

I don't actually think anything will come of this because nothing ever happens, and these people seem to have tremendous plot armor. That doesn't mean the law wasn't blatantly broken and shoved in all of our faces. It wasn't an antibiotic script, it was motherfuckin OXYCOTIN!

Geno: "And Kayla Rekieta being a dumb whore is the official stance of the show, right, Aaron?"
Geno: "I even got a gift for you from a secret admirer. A painting for your studio! With best wishes from Mr. R."

Sorry, but this is just flat out bollocks. Back in the late 90's and early 2000's, the DEA were hounding doctors in pain management because they disapproved of their prescribing practices. Many of those doctors went to jail. There was a great deal of campaigning about it online at the time, but since the whole Sackler business blew up, the groups that were campaigning around it seem to have gone to ground.

Still, here's a relatively recent overview of this issue from one doctor who seems to be keeping track of this issue. His view is the diametric opposite of the claims you keep repeating here.

The shocking truth behind the DEA’s role in America’s pain crisis and doctor prosecutions

lol. It's an opinion piece highlighting the "injustice" of sending this one doctor to prison for fraud and drug trafficking. The DEA statements support everything I said and there are no other examples. That doctor was defrauding medicare and the opioid prescriptions were rewards for helping in the fraud. The DEA doesn't send doctors to jail for practicing medicine. Selling drug prescriptions with a price by weight or count isn't practicing medicine. That's who they prosecuted.

There will be no investigation of Dr Steve and no "wrist slap." There's just nothing to start with. Melton might get in trouble with the judge but that's it.

Ok, in my defense, how was I supposed to know that replies to comments would be hidden.

Anyways, Nick is still coping, seething, & Balldo'ing in the comments of the Stallyn19 video.

not a felon, fun fact.

I guess dr. Steve will be indicted any second now!

Still doing the classic Rekieta Lie™.

Seething at Sean for three hours was not enough. So Rekieta returned to Stallyn19's comment section to scream at Sean some more.

Kurt is not known for being dumb. Maybe autistic, but not dumb. I can say, for example, that Rekieta is dumber than Keanu in many ways. That would be a real offense. He should take some CLE classes on that too.
REkeita is pre coping because he knows he is going to lose and will have to waste more money trying to appeal to a higher court. ( Not his fault ) He probally let his kids pick his lawyer its always their fault somehow for everything.

I would love to know how he settled on a lawyer over 2 hours away on the east side of St Paul working out of a UPS store mailbox.....Was he put on a lawyer budget by mommy or was this the only one that would take his case?

It's hard to shop for a lawyer when your pitch is 'I'm an ex-lawyer who will constantly hound you to do stupid shit my way and refuse to compromise at any point in any process' even before 'by the way the process is me defending harassing my ex-boyfriend because I'm mad he cucked me by fucking my wife. Also, the reason I'm an ex lawyer is because I was fucking HIS wife while doing tons of cocaine, which resulted in my daughter testing positive as well.'

Probably also made more difficult by finding a guy also willing to defend Melton, a man who both lives out of state and is fighting an HRO against your junkie client's ex-boyfriend's daughter for pedophilic comments made about her in public multiple times.

This is a novel misspelling. And I'd have overlooked it except that this is the second time. Just remember: "Accountability Act.". That should sort it.

He's a felon; he's just not a convicted one. Once again, his pride and joy - his believed way with words - fails hard.

The guy was/is a member of Nick's Locals and came recommended by Robert Barnes, back in the early days when they still tried to sell Nick as an outspoken conservative whose constitutional rights were infringed upon by hostile local government. The reason Nick is sticking with him is probably that he lets Nick backseat lawyer the case.

I think he was recommended by Robert Barnes. Recommended in part because he is a lolibertarian with the usual views on muh constitution and willing to advance strange legal theories within the court system that many other attorneys might hesitate to push. White tends to take strange or doomed cases. He was for example the attorney for Mikhail Robin Wicker of Minnesota in a case where Wicker pretended to be a wounded military veteran and former POW to get all kinds of government money and benefits when he had never served in the military at all.
----
Added:

Wicker (With Francis White representing him) got convicted on all counts last fall. He is facing 20 or maybe more years in federal prison but has not been sentenced yet. It was a bold move by Wicker and White to go into federal court and try to convince a jury that a man who never served in the military was innocent of wrongly collecting all kinds of federal veterans benefits.

That profile is absolute cringe; "rights" [read: imaginary] of the one outweigh the needs of the many"???

Nick has most definitely worn out his welcome with all local attorneys after his behavior with the Monty case. He’s a massive piece of shit fag who screeches like a woman - would you want to represent him? He constantly thinks he’s right (meaning YOU’RE WRONG) and that he is the smartest person in the room when he is all-around mediocre. Worst kind of client to have and the fact that he went to law school and should know better too makes it worse.
I truly do think he’s never been told no in his entire life. I’ve been listening to the Luther Morgan book and what he says makes a lot of sense. Nick has never worked a real job for any substantial amount of time and has always had the ability to say and do what he wants. Has never been told no before. He must be living in utter purgatory, which is why he spends his time arguing with anons on Twitter and YouTube comments.
