A doctor should never prescribe a medication that cancels that signal without doing anything to address the underlying reason for it. There were no X-rays, no MRIs, nothing to determine any injury, no treatment protocol such as physical therapy or surgery.

Taking oxy for "back pain" is the quickest way to become a junkie. It messes with the neurological pathways in your brain that dictate how your body feels pain, and since nothing is done to treat the source of that pain, it will return worse than before when the pills are gone. Pain meds are for temporary pain. A broken bone, immediately after surgery, etc. End of life palliative care, yes.... A hunchback that bent the wrong way, no.

We knew it was 'multiple' tests because they run the same samples multiple times to confirm it tested positive and wasn't a false positive/etc from a one off.

Someone who claimed to have direct knowledge of the testing contacted me in November 2024 to confirm that Nick’s daughter was tested multiple times, including a blood test specifically requested by the prosecution. According to this person, the multiple tests — including the blood test — also came back positive.

Of course I don’t have their ID or any other way to verify this person’s identity. I will say that other information they asked me not to disclose was later proven to be true.
