I am unable to clip, but just now on Rekieta's stream, his daughter came in (again) and apparently asked for him to take her to Walmart after he is done with his stream because she needs new shorts because it will be warm tomorrow. He initially seemed very angry at her, then 'laughed it off' later and complained that he wanted to relax when his stream is done. Could probably boost the audio to hear exactly what his daughter was saying. Nick said that she was wearing shorts right now, I believe she responded something to the effect of 'do you think these are dress code appropriate' to which he yelled 'no, I didn't think of that when I said it.' Timecode is around 2:42:00 in the stream.
I take from this the following conclusions:

1. Kayla is somehow incapable of driving and is unable to help her own daughter with clothing help.
2. The children have no boundaries with their parents and no conception of appropriate times to do normal activities, like clothes shopping.
3. I actually believe that claim from years ago that the Rekieta household probably just buys new clothes all the time and throws old ones away, they might never actually wash clothes more than a few times before they buy new ones.
4. The way that Nick speaks to his kids, and the way (at least the one daughter) speak to him, indicates that they yell and fight with each other all the time. The kids have no concept of how to address adults correctly, much less their own parents.

He claims that the facility that tested his children refused to retest his daughter (despite it being fucking obvious they'd do more than one test for something that abnormal). He claims to have evidence of this.

He refuses to provide any of it.

He claims he couldn't get her retested because she wasn't in his custody. She was in the custody of her grandparents, and Nick could've easily asked them to get her retested, possibly at a different facility if necessary. He refused to do this.

Like on a recent stream he claimed that the state refused to retest after the cocaine test result and then said he had a recording of it, but he doesn't see the point in releasing it.

You need to pick out the lie or lies. In my point of view, the state outright refusing to retest on such a high result would be weird and would bolster Nick's version of events. Yet Nick sees no point in releasing it. So, does it exist?

Catching up on Stallyn19 clips today, something buried in one stood out as unprecedented enough to note, not so much for any new information as for the legal repercussions. Obviously it's common sense that the daughter's positive hair test would have prompted one or more retests in the ordinary course, but recall that at least so far, the only person claiming direct personal knowledge that multiple tests in fact occurred was some anonymous source in initial reporting by Chad Zumock of questionable reliability, which predictably prompted Nick to threaten legal consequences, which then prompted Zumock to double down and welcome any lolsuit with open arms, after which Nick curiously never followed through on his threats, presumably because any defamation judgment against Zumock would be uncollectable anyway.

Now over a year later, out of the blue, an outright statement of fact on the topic comes from the one person in the world most likely to be sued by either or both of the Rekieta parents on various other grounds, making it a simple matter to add another count to the complaint while they're at it:

Leaving aside whether he'd ever have been in a position to know or to learn this from anyone in a position to know (which is debatable), why now? Maybe because it'd provoke Nick into more unhinged ranting that could be bad for his HRO case, or maybe because Nick has recently made more explicit commitments to other lolsuits "coming down the pike," which would tend to be deterred if a defamation count on this topic were to open the door to dangerous discovery requests about the multiple tests that Nick's own complaint had made indisputably relevant? Obviously Nick could sidestep the latter by leaving this topic out of the complant entirely, but wouldn't the court of public opinion just take that glaring omission as an admission that this brazen allegation of multiple tests must have had a defense of truth? Who knows, but if it makes him seethe I'm here for it.
