Everyone remember good old Jew Judge Jeb Boasberg? You know the judge who ordered the planes full of gang-bangers to stop and return to the US now now NOW! And when those planes and his precious gang-banging illegals were not indeed returned immediately as ordered he threatened to hold Trump in contempt of court until they were brought back to the US and freed? How the then told Trump to return dem gang-bangers ASAP or you'll be in big trubble mister and Trump didn't?
Remember how the SCOTUS then told him to kindly STFU as your just a low level circuit judge and you don't get to tell the POTUS what to do?
Well remember how he ignored the SCOTUS and issued that contempt charge anyway a few weeks ago? How he appointed a Special Investigative Council to investigate the evil Trump and issued orders for subpoena's and a wide spread discovery action aginst his own bosses in the DoJ? Remember how the MSM cheered him on as a hero for facing down the evil fascists in the Whitehouse?
Welp he did not have a good day today, in fact it was a down right unpleasant day for our little Jewish Hero Judge.
The Appeals Court issued these orders this afternoon on the issue of Boasberg and his contempt charges.
1. The Contempt Order issued on Trump and the DoJ is hereby vacated (ie cancelled, dead, toast, it swims with the fishes now)
2. The appointed Special Council ( a Democrat supporter law firm by pure chance) is hereby revoked and stood down.
3. All subpoena's, discovery orders and any other orders issued on this matter by Judge Jeb "Jew-Boy" Boasberg are also vacated.
4. Judge Boasberg is removed from this case. As it is now a Texas district case, and always should have been, so no more orders, rulings or other filings will be accepted on this matter from Boasberg (ie: shut the fuck up you moron the SCOTUS told you to sit down you dumbass)
So yah...pretty much total Trump victory. And keep in mind the DC Appeals court is not what you'd called "friendly" towards Trump being 4 GoP vs 7 Dem judges but Boasberg was making them all look bad so in the end only the two she-boon judges (of course it would be niggers) dissented against the others.
Will the Jew-boy appeal the appeal?
Probably, his cohort of loyal Democrat agents will probably push hard for this but I don't see it going anywhere as the SCOTUS has already ruled against him on the previous actions. Telling him to basically sit down and shut up your making us look like partisan hacks.
For the more detail orientated the appeals court ruled against Boasberg's argument that even if his order was "incorrect" (lies; the SCOTUS called it a illegal order) Trump still should have obeyed the order rather then ignore it and do the appeal so the contempt charge is legit (despite the fact the planes could not just turn around and fly back immediately) but the appeals court agreed with the SCOTUS and said no an illegal order cannot be grounds for a contempt charge as it's...wait for it...fucking illegal. So you cannot hold someone in contempt for not obeying a illegal order.
TLDR: Democrat judge tries to hold Trump in contempt and tries to place sanctions not just on Trump but on the DoJ for not obeying him. Appeals court tells him to STFU and removes him from any further action on the case. In short the case is toast, Trump wins, Jew Judge loses.
Here's the totes not biased ABC crying about how unfair this is.

I love this bit where one of the she-boon judges cries about the evil Trump and how Boasberg is a true hero being unfairly punished
“Our system of courts cannot long endure if disappointed litigants defy court orders with impunity rather than legally challenge them,” Pillard wrote. “That is why willful disobedience of a court order is punishable as criminal contempt.”
Pillard also said her colleagues’ ruling amounted to a slap in the face to Boasberg, an Obama appointee who became the D.C. District Court’s chief judge in 2023.
“Chief Judge Boasberg faced immense pressure to make a quick decision in a rapidly evolving, high-stakes situation. He performed that task calmly and with an even hand,” Pillard wrote.
“Even when faced with what reasonably appeared to him to be footdragging, evasion, and outright disregard for his jurisdiction and his orders, he responded with unfailing composure,” she continued. “The majority does an exemplary judge a grave disservice by overstepping its bounds to upend his effort to vindicate the judicial authority that is our shared trust.
Good stuff!
