. As to Russell, he seems to come from the "assuming everyhing you say is true, you are still doing it wrong" position. Which is not as good as "you should be in jail for what you are doing here" but I will take it.
I don't think the Judge is willing to even assume everything Greer is saying is true, after this hearing. Greer came across as a paranoid lunatic making shit up and imagining conspiracies.

The "assume what you say is true" is a great position for the judge, because if he assumes that, and Greer's shit is still all retarded, jimbo's done! Case over!

There is absolutely no way we are getting that (presuming rusty files anything). Hardin would have to have legitimate brain damage to file it publicly even if russ doesn't label it properly.
Agreed. imo there's nothing to be gained by posting this publicly, irrespective of whether or not it's marked Confidential For Attorney's Eyes only under the SPO, so it's no great loss.
Russel losing IFP is a big win, from what I remember from the order one of the biggest reasons the district judge decided on $1000 sanctions was Russel's IFP status and going forward Russell loses that shield. I doubt any of the new ones going forward are going to be hitting above $5000 max but like 3 more sanctions were being discussed against Russel.
True. Whilst it's unlikely District Judge Barlow can't/won't undo the sanctions that were already done, it will be interesting to see whether or not any future awards for costs (if any) are granted somewhere approaching Hardin's invoiced amounts.
There was an idea that Hardin would get a ceremonial reaming to create an appearance of objectivity, but it didn't seem to happen.
There was pushback on the question of Hardin raising Rule 26(a), but that just seemed like the usual Judge vs Attorney back-and-forth.

The transcript won't show the exasperation Judge Bennett at times when speaking to Russhole, but I'm sure anyone who has been following the case closely can use their imagination.

Now I've finally caught up, I realise I missed so many details during the hearing. Too much blood in my caffeine stream at the time. Can't wait to read the transcript in due course.

Thank you for filling in the gaps, fellow Farmers.

Whoever is running paynull.lol should update it to include that Russ also now owes the court $400.

Edit: fucking ninja'd by @mindlessobserver

Also thanks to everyone who watched the stream and posted notes. I wasn't able to make it home in time to catch the stream live, but the comments here were the next best thing.

So it's about $1200 ($1144?) and produce or case dismissed if I have it right. That was awesome.
Listening to Gorloc's obsequious, yet arrogant at times mushmouth was totally awesome too.
Overall, 10/10. Props to Hardin and the judge for never cracking up or screaming 'What the fuck did you just say?'
Great hearing
He owes the $774.75 even if the case is dismissed. Even if it's dismissed there are still other potential sanctions in play already along with any further sanctions that Hardin may request.

The Paynull.lol operator should probably update the website with how much in Fees Russel now owes the court.
But that's not paying Null, that's paying the court.
Fine. I'll look up the exact number.

I'm curious which will drop first, Greer's response to the motion to dismiss, his motion about pushing discovery on the KF users, or his renewed request for a bonded stay for that $1000 sanction (assuming he still wants that). My bet is the bonded stay motion, because he'll just copy/paste it and address it to the District judge. However the other two are critical to his case, and really shouldn't be put off just to temporarily save money he claims he can pay.

There's going to be a lot of painful filings from Russ in the next two weeks, I expect plight sperging to increase as the pain piles onto his lumpy head.

He will be late in all of it due to "Excuseable Negligence"

I can see Russ being literally so retarded that he files motion to dismiss, the court drops the case like a hot potato, and then he desperately tries to file motions, memoranda and EXPLUNASHUNS to the now closed-case to keep the thing going without actually paying.

Question: This may have been answered earlier, but at what point does "Excusable Negligence" cross over into the territory of "Malicious Non-compliance" or whatever a more appropriate term would be?

is anyone surprised that it was Mushmouth's ego that ended up spiking his case?

He could have just said no to the IFP questions but his ego wouldn't let him and so he basically fucked himself one way or the other.

Congo-rats Jersh, this is a good sign I think. My bet would be Russ doesn't pay and lets the case drop. He values getting him is penis sucked more then beating the Farms methinks.

Sounds so crazy it just might work....

Good behavior, great summaries and good news!

Out of all this, the most interesting thing for the case that is worth pursuing imo is Greer saying he has images of Null posting his copyright; would LOVE to see that, if the case doesn't get dismissed first.

It's a really fucking high bar (because the court doesn't ever want to have even the hint of "denying people their rights") - but Russ-stole-liam might actually clear it.

It's really clear to me that Greer does this Randall thing where he tries to become an incomprehensible burden to anyone getting in the way of what he wants, and is a total suckup to anyone who can give him what he wants. So, when it comes to dealing with Hardin, he's belligerent beyond belief. When the Judge says something, he will do what he asks to the letter (but not much more). This has probably been true his entire life, all the way back to school.
Russ has a retarded dog understanding of authority and of how to get what you want. He perceives civil opposition/ non-capitulation by a "peer" as aggressive, burdensome, even crushing. And he tries to imitate that back: bc he feels small and plighted when an opponent is formal but not ingratiating, he thinks that if he barks really loud and bares his teeth - and runs around in circles - he will flip the script and attain alpha status - and triumph.

But he does know - as much as he hates it - that he has to come to heel to some people (well, to a degree; I loved his kinda-threat to the judge today that if the Court stayed discovery he'd file a subpoena to find out how to serve his added defendants. It wasn't that aggressive bc OK, go for it, but it was, "well if you do that I'm gonna....". Revealed his snarling inner self. I also would not be surprised if he appeals Barlow's sanctions order, despite it being an absolute gift.).

I perceive his "to the letter" compliance that you mention as him still stamping his feet even when a big dog makes him cower, + just general retarded literalness.

His admission that he's entirely within his means and therefore doesn't need IFP status is a spectacularly retarded thing for him to have admitted. Even without the Judge laying into him for it (which he was never going to do) it was hilarious to listen to. He truly didn't understand the ramifications of what he was saying.
I was taken aback and laughing out loud every time Greer freely admitted to things. It wasn't just the IFP thing where he said "yes of course I can pay all of that", there was also the Steve Taylor thing, if I remember correctly "I agree that I hadn't spoken to him in three years" was pretty much the very first thing that came out of his paralyzed mouth right after Hardin accused him of this. And of course it's all "it's irrelevant" and "it was a mistake" and even "I'm sorry my bad" all the way through but fortunately Bennett didn't seem too impressed with his excuses.
We may never know the full details, depending on whether or not Russhole understood Judge Bennett's clear instructions to send said restraining order to Hardin marked "Confidential Attorney's Eyes Only" as per the SPO that Russhole doesn't quite have the gist of.
I think even if Greer somehow STILL forgets to mark it correctly, Hardin will not file it as an exhibit. Bennett sounded like he was specifically telling both sides that he does not want to see it posted on Kiwi Farms and if he does it was heavily implied that he will make Josh eat a giant shit sandwich over it. I think he did this as a safety net in case Greer still fucks it up somehow.
