• Homeschooled kids are more isolated. That's largely the point. Evangelical Christian-based homeschooling (Nick's) literal agenda is to control the curriculum, usually for, say, creationism and originalism wrt the Constitution (Nick taught it at the co-op and espoused his views on his channel). Both are fine arguments, but they should be taught in the context of opposing views (Darwinism & a "living Constitution"). If not, no kid will be properly educated on modern discourse.

Because its not. Chances are the child saw the parents use it, found some lying around, decided to mimic the parents and ingest it.
The alternative would be that someone gave it to the daughter intentionally, which is only supported by conjecture based on Nick/Kayla talking about drugs in a very libertarian manner and Nick at some point discussed the medicinal properties of cocaine. There is no solid evidence that supports the child was given the cocaine intentionally.

OK, now I'm on the same page with you because initially I thought the only theory you were willing to entertain is Nick intentionally drugging his daughter. I discounted that theory because coke-heads aren't known to be generous, but after reading the long list of degeneracy documented in the OP I now realize that nothing should be ruled out completely.

Personally, I don't really care what happens to Nick and, like many others, feel more concern for the kids. Hopefully their mom gets some support from family or the state because she's going to struggle caring for them even if she manages to stay clean. I'll come back to see the discussion when Nick's verdict is announced.

Her test results exceeded the scale of the test. Trace amounts would not cause that, she either took one very large dose in the timeframe it would remain detectable in her hair, or frequently used cocaine over a longer timeframe.

I think the one large accidental event is more likely, and would coincide with an event where Nick had to skip two streams because of a "family medical emergency" (or something along those lines, I do not remember the exact phrasing) where he had to take care of someone. He must have literally sat at home hoping she would make it, because a trip to an ER would have resulted in immediately CPS involvement and police called.

The lawyers can come up with a number referred to as "The Rekieta Annoyance Factor" (such as the 3 minutes of time served for every 1 minute spent with Rekieta) and then make the arguments to the court that each client's sentence should be reduced.

Not all of them are repurposed snuff bullets. I have been around cocaine addicts, and I saw those little plastic capsules all the time. Kid thinks it's hard candy (especially if it's colored plastic), puts it in her mouth and chews, or just swallows it, it gets released into her system by the plastic breaking open. Maybe she opened it up and just ate the content, thinking it was fizzy powder or something.

We know from the test results that Nick allowed his daughter to be exposed to large quantities of cocaine. We don't know the specifics of how that happened.
